The Villa is a beautiful please and had more than enough equipment, seating, amenities. The villa was spotless, so welcoming and everything was set out clearly. Nacho and his brother who supported our check in was AMAZING! Explained everything, local area and happy to answer any questions. Nacho incredible host with an incredible Villa. The location was 15/20mins from all the main things including the city centre. 22mins by car. Local supermarket walkable and restaurants near by. Will be back soon!

Teresa, una anfitriona 100% genial y siempre atenta, la casa se mantenía calentita, gracias a los radiadores! es una zona perfecta para desconectar y disfrutar de la montaña. El detalle del café y la tarjeta de bienvenida nos hizo mucha ilusión! En la zona no hay supermercados, están en el pueblo que se llega andando en 15 minutos o en coche en 2 minutos. Gracias por todo!

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans cette villa. Rien ne manque ! la décoration est de très bon goût. Un endroit paradisiaque, avec une magnifique vue sur la mer, sa situation à flanc de montagne nous a permis de faire de belles randonnées. La piscine a été un vrai régal avec cette chaleur ! Je recommande vivement. Séjour parfait !

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Rozana und Cristobal sind wunderbare Gastgeber. Es gibt allerdings kein zweites Schlafzimmer sondern lediglich ein durch Vorhänge vom Wohn-Essbereich abgetrennten Bereich für eine Person. Für uns war das aber ok. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und das morgendliche Schwimmen im Meer genossen. Unterkunft ist ca. 30min. von Valencia entfernt. Sehr toll auch die Stände der lokalen Bauern auf dem Weg. Hier konnen wir erntefrisches Obst und Gemüse erstehen. Sehr schmackhaft. Danke nochmal Rozana und Cristobal. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit in der Villa. Es war mehr als genug Platz und alles, was das Herz begehrt, im Haus vorhanden. Andrea und Christine waren super responsive und konnten uns unter anderem bei der Suche nach der geeigneten Rückreise Möglichkeit helfen. Die Villa ist auf einem Hügel, aber in wenigen Minuten ist man zB im Supermarkt oder an einer Busstation nach Valencia. Den Bus haben wir in 7 Tagen 3x benutzt, da man ohne Umstieg für 3,30€ quasi ins Zentrum gebracht wird. Nur etwas Zeit sollte man mitbringen 😁 Insgesamt kann ich nur jedem empfehlen auch mal Gast des schönen Hauses von Andrea und Christine zu werden.

Nos encantó pasar unos días en la casa! Volamos desde Ibiza. La casa está muy bien ubicada, a solo 30 minutos del aeropuerto de Valencia y de la ciudad. A los niños les encantó la piscina, que está integrada con la casa. Nunca había visto una piscina así; hace que sea muy fácil estar haciendo cosas dentro de la casa y al mismo tiempo disfrutar del exterior. Aunque nos pilló un fin de semana de mucho calor, dentro se estaba genial, soplaba una brisa agradable y siempre se estaba fresco, ni si quiera encendimos el aire acondicionado. Los propietarios han hecho un trabajo excelente en el interior de la casa. Todo está renovado. Las camas son muy cómodas. Fue como alojarse en un hotel. Lo recomiendo totalmente. Volveremos!!!

Amazing place and great worth for your money. Although I would say they’re missing the basics in the bathrooms such as Soap, Body lotion, conditioner and Shampoo? I thought this was very basic things to have but apparently not… Another thing is we had to buy cleaning products as there was not the required equipment to keep a clean environment in the kitchen especially. Another huge turn off is the check-in time at 5pm? I’ve travelled to 30+ country’s and I’ve never had this issue in any Airbnb? If you arrive early you’re waiting around outside their check-in office, I was told there’d be a possibility of me checking in early but to no avail we had to wait until 5pm till their office opened. I think they should consider changing their check in times as it’s a massive inconvenience. If we return this will sway me to booking elsewhere with other hosts. Other than the couple issues we faced, It’s a great place!

It was a fantastic stay right close to the town of Parcent and many biking trails right outside the door. The grounds were large and beautifully kept, the home was lovely and very comfortable. We would stay here again. L’Era restaurant, walking distance had some of the best wood fired Paella we have had in Spain. Locals were friendly and a excellent bike bar/rentals in town, as well as a bakery to walk to in the mornings.
