Access is very easy next to the road cv-70, and you can fully disconnect in nature, discover this authentic region, do walks, kayak at the lake, cycle, eat at many local restaurants etc. We have a huge wood pergola, water from citern, solar electricity with 5kw batery, 2 showers.

A single-storey family home with pool (between late May and early October), large garden and ample parking. The owner has a loft apartment/studio, which is independently accessed, although I'm often not there. The property has a large kitchen diner leading to a barbecue area. Outside dining is wonderful in the summer and the raised decking area by the pool gives glorious views across to the hills. A large wood burner warms the living room for those winter stays.

House in the heart of the old town, a few meters from the collegiate church of Xàtiva, sleeps 6. It is a bright, airy, and cozy space, with access to a terrace overlooking the castle and the cathedral, completely outside. It does not have an elevator. Since the house faces 2 streets and access is through narrow streets, another entrance was enabled on Font de Terol street, at number 10, to make access easier.
