Un immense merci à notre hôte pour ce merveilleux séjour en famille ! Ce chalet haut de gamme, niché au cœur des bois, est un véritable havre de paix. La décoration épurée et chaleureuse, inspirée du style scandinave, crée une atmosphère apaisante. Nous avons adoré les grandes baies vitrées donnant l’impression de vivre en pleine nature, sans aucun vis-à-vis. Tout est pensé pour le confort : literie de qualité, propreté irréprochable, nombreux équipements (dont un poêle à bois pour des soirées cosy). Les enfants ont été ravis de découvrir des jouets sur place. La communication avec l’hôte a été parfaite, réactive et attentionnée. We stayed at Chris’s place for my brother’s wedding at Bean Town Ranch, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The property is absolutely stunning — right on the riverfront, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. It was the ideal setting for such a special weekend. Chris was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. We really appreciated being allowed to check in early, as we had to be at the rehearsal by 4pm. That flexibility made a big difference during a busy day. The home was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Thank you again, Chris, for making our stay so smooth and memorable. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

I booked this for a late birthday celebration of a loved one. We were in awe of how beautiful it was! The view when you sit down at the dining counter in the morning is breathtaking. I was thinking of ways to actually buy the place lol! There was definitely a feminine touch that i noticed right away: Q-tips, round cotton pads, tampons. It was so thoughtful and refreshing to see something different, i love having q-tips wherever i go. Another thing, i was not prepared to how much kitchen ustensiles, seasonings there were. They really thought about EVERYTHING! flour, sugar, different sizes of skillets, etc… i plan to rebook again and again! It was worth every penny. I honestly wish more airbnb owners were this considerate in their planning. From the multiple games in the living room to the extra blankets in case it gets cold, there was a genuine thought behind it. The place is decorated so beautifully and cozy, got me thinking of moving in the mountains. Thank you so much Alex & Sarah!

La maison était super propre, l’arrivée était simple et autonome. Il y avait plusieurs d’activités à faire au alentour et pour les amateurs de feu, il y avait beaucoup de bois de disponible. La cuisine était complète et de bonne qualité. Il était aussi agréable de pouvoir voyager avec nos animaux de compagnie. Seul petit bémol, si vous voyagez à plus de 4 personnes, les places assises au salon risque d’être restreinte.

Our family really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful cottage. The location is gorgeous as well, very quiet and surrounded by nature.

This cabin was an absolute dream for our mothers' first visit to Canada! We were looking for something special, and this place exceeded all expectations. The location was ideal – a perfect blend of natural beauty and proximity to the city. What truly amazed us was how much more beautiful it was in person compared to the already great photos. The serene lake view, the perfectly stocked kitchen, and the immaculate cleanliness all contributed to an unforgettable stay. You can feel the warmth and care in every detail. The hosts were also fantastic, with quick and kind communication. They even helped us retrieve keys we'd accidentally left behind! We can't wait to return and highly recommend this incredible retreat.

Thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful home! It had everything you needed plus lots of extras! The kayaks were fun too :) We were a group of 10 and the house is laid out very well. Would highly recommend!

Très beau chalet et très bien situé dans la montagne. Assez proche des stationnements si on doit y laisser une deuxième voiture. L'hôte répond rapidement aux messages ce qui est toujours apprécié!

We had a great stay! The check-in and check-out instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The space was clean and comfortable, and the location was fantastic for what we needed. The bedrooms did run a little warm, but there were tower fans to help circumvent that and keep things comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

This was such a lovely place to stay in. It was comfortable, clean, had great amenities, parking was convenient. Mohammad was also such a great host! We checked in late, and Mohammad still welcomed us, and gave us a tour. He was very responsive through the Airbnb app too. I strongly recommend staying in this place, and if I have the chance, I would definitely stay here again!

If you like what you see in the photos you will like what you see when you check in. Lots of room, Very very clean. As the unit is a lower level unit ( but ground level) you have a flight of stairs from the parking lot to the entrance (if stairs matters in your selection) we had a rainy weekend so we couldn’t get a fire going in the fire pit so we are hoping our next visit to the area we could try it out. You are right along the biking trails, a short walk to the Petit North so well located

We had a guys weekend here and it was perfect. We ended up cooking feasts and their set up for cookware is the best I've seen by far; they've got it all. The rooms were comfortable, bathroom is nice and large, and the property itself is very well set up.

As always, John’s place was stellar. This is our 4th stay as a family. What started as a spontaneous stay, has now become a family tradition. We plan to go for years to come!

Beu chalet très tranquille, au bord d’un petit lac. Barbara est super gentille et sympathique, elle répond rapidement aux messages et elle est extrêmement généreuse.

Super beau week-end dans ce magnifique chalet, tout était parfait selon-moi. La vue, le foyer, le bel espace ouvert. Place paisible, propre et les hôtes ont étés super gentils avec nous. Je recommande et j’y retournerai certainement avec ma petite famille! Merci encore.

This is a beautiful cottage. The lake access is the real highlight and the hosts have really leaned into this providing lots of opportunities for water recreation, including a good sized dock, multiple kinds of boats (kayaks, a canoe, a peddle boat, and paddle boards), and a large floaty that acts as a second dock. Speakers at the waters edge were a nice touch! The hosts were also great. Very responsive and friendly, and proactively reached out to make sure we were enjoying our stay. The cottage itself isn’t huge if you plan to spend the majority of your time inside, but this wasn’t an issue for us as we spent the majority of our time by the water. It was big enough to fit 10 around the dining table for meals and games. All in all, it was a great experience.

Had a great weekend away at the cottage, with a well-equipped kitchen and a beautiful yard right on the river.
