Excellent accommodation, very nice, ideal for a very quiet vacation to rest!

We had a great stay at Saul's accommodation, the place is very quiet, comfortable, safe and the description/photos of the place exactly match what they mention. Saul and Giovanni welcomed us with a nice touch that we liked very much and that made us feel at home, we appreciated it. We will definitely return, excellent hosts.

A wonderful gem near Puerto Juarez! We stayed here for one night returning from Isla Mujeres and it was perfect. The hosts were so kind and met us to bring keys, give a tour, and make sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was perfectly clean. The kitchen is very well equipped and stocked with everything you could need. Bathroom was spotless and had basic amenities. I prefer a larger bed but it was ok for one night, and would be perfect for one person. Fantastic common areas! A beautiful large pool with a sitting area on the ground floor and a small pool on the roof were both fantastic. Very, very clean and well kept. Even a vending machine with snacks, beers, and drinks was available. Very thoughtful design and we enjoyed spending the next morning by the pool. It is a modest location with nearby local restaurants. We felt very safe and comfortable. Would return for another stay before/after visiting Isla Mujeres!

If you’re a first time traveller to Cancun with a child and/or with granny like we did, this place is the right choice! It has everything you need to feel at home. The location is great! There’s a giant supermarket and a shopping center alongside with well-known restaurants within a few steps away from the apartment. We enjoyed the stay. There’s host was very friendly. We didn’t need to contact him much, because everything was good and working well!

the house is excellent, Mrs. Ania is always super friendly,attentive at all times,the bathrooms are impeccable with clean,a shopping center fences ,in general ,everything was excellent ,thank you and of course I would stay in that house again 🤗

Rodrigo was a wonderful host. He was extremely responsive and offered to arrange a pick up and drop off taxi which was very thoughtful. His apartment felt safe and the interior looked just like the pictures. I also appreciated having a stocked kitchen and a hot plate to cook on. I also loved using the bikes to ride all over the island. Overall I had a really lovely stay on Isla Mujeres.

Located on a nice quiet street, Daniel's place is quite a gem. The staff there are lovely, it has great air conditioning for these hot days, and the wifi is strong if you need to work or browse the internet. Check in and check out was a breeze with the password/combination system that they've installed. Lastly, the bed was extremely comfortable as I was able to sleep 11 hours one night! Cheers to Daniel and his team.

I have stayed in 2 apartments now as I left to go to the hotel zone to visit my brother they were both immaculate. You have all you need for self catering or eating out. The position of both apartments is in a safe environment and the location is amazing for the beach. I stayed in 5 star all inclusive and the beach here is better.. it’s amazing a few pebbles but get an incredible Mexican vibe. Everyone has been just so friendly and helpful . everything complete clean There were all the necessary utensils to prepare food and cook right there. the washing machines work well, plenty of space to feel very comfortable, the two bedrooms have air conditioning There's everything you need, even in the bathroom, and for washing too. Bath soap, shampoo, they really save you a lot. The fact that there's even laundry soap and softener. I recommend it 200 percent
