Very well located the house in a private and quiet area, as soon as we arrived everything clean and Eli left us the clear instructions for access. I stayed with my parents and they loved the place, they commented that the next time they come they want to stay right here again, there were convenience stores and places within walking distance, the use of the car was not necessary.

Amazing!!! We had a blast great memories the family will share. The rooms upstairs are really well separated so it provides a sense of privacy for the families staying together. Host was amazing !

i recommend the house, because what we liked the most is the security in the fractionation, which the host was from a day before, during and afterwards very attentive to us and our needs. The house is comfortable, comfortable, it has everything you need from glasses, cups and pans, to washing machine, iron and parking. in conclusion we would be back with my whole family on site.

A lovely clean spot for a family stay. Caribe is a great host! Need a car to drive around and get to services or to the beaches. Tip: Playa Langosta is great at this time of year to avoid the seasonal seaweed.

Marcela Patricia was kind enough to let us check-in early. Check-in was very easy. She was very responsive to inquiries. The water pressure of the showers was not the best, but it still got the job done. We still loved this place and would rebook it in the future.

Claudia, she was very kind and attentive to us, she was on the lookout, she oriented us with certain doubts, the apartment was really cozy, with all the amenities, we felt right at home, it was like about 35 minutes from the hotel area, but I had several supermarkets nearby, I also had many tickets to get to the condominium, we spent Christmas and new year and had the detail of bringing us a memory (wine, treats, chocolates, etc.) I had everything we needed. The truth we are coming back without a doubt!!!

Yashmina’s place is quiet and has great amenities. The south side of the island is quiet and remote. Plenty of cooking space and all the equipment you need to cook a nice meal. We ate all our meals in Punta Norte as the few restaurants in Punta Sur closed early. The downtown area was perfect for supper and breakfast. Taxi drivers drive us right up to the walkway to the home. My daughter and I stayed and we appreciated the locked gate as the walkway to the gate was a little dark. I’d recommend having the taxi driver drive into the walkway. We had quiet nights and the beds were comfortable. We didn’t spend much time in the onsite pools but if my husband and I had gone we would have for sure!! Monse and Yashmina were very responsive and helpful. Monse even provided taxi service a few times.

The condo / apartment is close to the airport and 15 minute Uber ride to the "hotel zone". There are many amenities near by within walking distance. The location is very safe and welcoming. The apartment it self is cozy and spacious. The AC and Fans work very well. Luisa is very responsive.

The place is really cute. Feels like I’m staying at my gmas house. It was definitely an authentic Mexico house. Nothing fancy. Pros- gated, pool, local restaurants and mini store, AC in rooms, water somewhat warm, stove was great. Fans were a big save. Pillows were nice. Cons- a few bugs (4) were killed. Dishes are outdated and blender was dirty. I had to pull it apart to clean the buildup that was in the blade area. It’s hot in the living room area. The patio furniture is outdated. Beds are more on the harder side. No blankets just sheets. Again- I loved the stay for the most part because it felt like a normal Mex home but I was not looking for a fancy stay with this one.

The room was a a described and clean! The host was very accommodating and responsive to questions/concerns. The location is ideal for someone that is looking to feel like a local. It’s in a friendly neighborhood, near nice cafes and coffee shops! I enjoyed my stay and would recommend!

Veronica was an outstanding host! She was extremely attentive and proactive to all of our needs. Her place was in excellent condition and in a desirable part of town (Puerto Cancun). I highly recommend staying at her place!

Easily the best airbnb experience I've had, super clean and extremely nice place. It had a great view on the balcony. Parking lot entry and exit was a little confusing at first but once u figure it out its a breeze. Besides that there is literally 0 bad things to say. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I can't say enough how much I enjoy staying at Gerardo's. He's always friendly and helpful. The apartment is absolutely wonderful and comfortable. it just has a really great vibe. This was my third stay at the tropical jungle Oasis. The location is wonderful there are so many things close by the neighborhood is safe and the whole apartment complex is absolutely charming. As for the price, you can't beat it. I feel like I got way more than I paid for. I will definitely stay again the next time I return to Cancun.

The service is quick and easy. In my case, the start I needed was very strategic. The house is clean and medium-sized.

Staying at Carmen’s house was comfortable. We appreciated the multiple jugs of drinking water already provided in the house. The air conditioning worked well, and both the pool and front yard were well maintained. The home is located in a safe, gated community.

Honest review so there are no surprises: 5 stars because Nico was responsive and very accommodating and we made the best out of our experience. The place is hard to find - we had to ask around in order to find the place but once we were there, it was fine. The cleaners are wonderful. There is an ant issue but Nico had the cleaners come asap to eliminate the infestation. You yourself can not use the wash/dryer and the cleaners take your clothes & wash them for you elsewhere. The AC is not the best but we weren't suffering in heat. The pool and kitchen are the two highlights of the house. It is within a 5 minute walk of a mini mart which also sells alcohol and its a nice area for a jog. The gate keeper / security were great and also helpful so utilize them. If you don't speak Spanish, just use Google translate. The internet didn't work the last day but we didn't complain because we had our Hotspots and were leaving that day anyways. Overall, it was a memorable stay for a large group.

A very cozy place, very easy to access and very well communicated, excellent natural lighting, very clean bathroom and quite quiet, you can sleep peacefully without noise, I will definitely wash it again

The house was beautiful , I spent a weekend with friends and children…. We had an incredible time, we were in love with the place, the pool, the incredible rooms, the truth of a beautiful experience we would definitely return ... the natural bathrooms was not an impediment to enjoy and have a good time. I give it a 20 of 10 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

As a traveler that has been to Cancun many times, the apartment is a great lunch pad to explore Cancun, close to the airport and about 20 min from “zona hotelera”. I definitely recommend Louis’s apartment to other Airbnb guest.
