The apartment is located in the basement of our residential building. It can be reached via a separate entrance and has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen on a total of 63 square meters. In the garden there is a covered seating area with a view of the garden and the field. Due to its proximity to the exhibition grounds (10 minutes by car), it is ideal for a visit to a trade fair or concert, but also for family or city trips, as Hanover city center is also only 20 minutes away by car.

Our rental is primarily aimed at business travelers and field staff, but also private travelers who are in the vicinity of Hanover or other immediate surroundings. Despite the good accessibility of the exhibition centre and the centre in Hanover, our property also offers you the necessary peace and quiet.

The house was built with ecological materials (wood fiber insulation, clay plaster) and lovingly furnished with solid wood furniture. It has a double bed 160 x 200, a couch, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and dry separation toilet. The house is easily accessible by train. Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk away.

Welcome! Our house is located in the Moritzberg district, just 2.5 km from the pretty city center. In just 100 m there is a supermarket, hairdresser, dentist, pharmacy and bakery. The apartment has a large cozy single room, a small kitchen and a bathroom with shower and is located on the first floor (only 3 steps). Bicycles can be safely stored.
