We had a wonderful stay at Paul Henry's guest house tucked away in their beautiful garden. It was comfortable and thoughtfully put together: plenty of outlets and charging cables for different devices; shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel in the shower; a great coffee maker with a reusable filter. Paul’s communication and clear instructions made settling in a breeze. The location is also fantastic—it’s rare to be able to walk around so easily in LA!

We had a very comfortable stay. The location was easy to find and in close proximity to where we needed to be. The shower was a bit smaller than expected but it worked. The bathroom floor is made from stones; very pretty, but bring house slippers to comfortably walk on it. Mala, the host dog was the first to greet us and very friendly. The kitchen is small as described both in writing and also by Ailin, but it was perfect for all the cooking we needed to do. The home was a perfect getaway..wish we had more time to actually relax there and enjoy the garden.

I have over 70 reviews on the platform and this is by far one of my top stays, if not my top stay. All was as advertised - located in a safe neighborhood, private, tranquil and surrounded gorgeous gardens, pristine accommodations and gracious hosts. I'm currently adjusting my holidays to return for another stay. Highly recommend.

Thoroughly enjoyed our time at Jacob’s space. It was three blocks from downtown and very easy to move around the area. They were wonderful host house was ex extraordinarily comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The space was cozy without feeling crap. We have plenty of room to unpack and plenty of room to move around. We had breakfast either in the dining area or out on the front patio every morning.

this place is very nice. in a quiet and clean neighborhood. they were helpful when I had any questions and its only a few miles away from the rose bowl. Definitely will come back again.

What a lovely place! Better than the photos, and the garden was a little piece of heaven, with jasmine, scented roses and lavender. It is a delightful place to stay, in a very nice area. The bed is very comfortable, and the hosts very quick to respond, and very helpful and friendly. would highly recommend!

Cara's place was just as described. The neighborhood is quiet and very walkable. We took our kids to the nearby playground and then walked to a bakery about a third of a mile away. There was a Trader Joes and a Bristol Farms within a 5 minute drive. The place itself was what we expected and needed for our short stay. We were in town for an event so didn't spend much time there, but we were comfortable. There were lots of kid's toys and fun books to be read.

Brett's place was the perfect spot for our weekend in Pasadena to visit a friend and go to a music festival. The unit was clean and comfortable we loved a little walk around his garden. We would definitely recommend this space!

Was only here for 4 days and 3 nights but felt right at home! Much is already provided but they were super kind and responsive if I needed anything extra. It’s a very beautiful set up that was perfect for me. I’m looking forward to staying here again in the future if I’m ever in the area.

This place was super cozy and looked exactly like the listing. Loved how water and ice was provided and there were many kitchen items available for use.

I must say that this place was one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in! I would ever go as far as to say the pictures doesn’t do it justice. It was an absolute beauty, with a huge hot tub deck complete with a covered outside bar with a grill and room for 10+ guests. The guest itself was spotless and well-stocked with everything you could possibly need. There is even a washer and dryer inside the unit. I would most definitely recommend staying here and will be booking a stay here again. Thank you Tracy for your near-immediate responses, welcoming hospitality, and quaint accommodations!

I stayed at Dana’s place in Monrovia, CA for a couple of days and had a great experience. The space was super clean, peaceful, and relaxing—just what I needed. Dana was incredibly supportive; when I was confused during check-in, she showed up right away to help. The location is perfect for me since I come to the area for work once a month, it's close to the business and also near great hiking trails and restaurants. Most importantly, the neighborhood feels very safe. Highly recommend!

Great location and host was responsive!

This suite was spacious, comfortable and cutely decorated. Having a full kitchen and eating area was excellent. The bed was also very comfortable. The side yard was great and parking spots were generous. The surrounding area and ball field were beautiful to walk our dog around, offered distant views of the city and felt very safe. Highly recommend.

Anoush was a very good host making us feel welcome and very comfortable. The suite was lovely and the outdoor space a great bonus. The neighborhood is very quiet and street parking was easy. It was the perfect retreat! Highly recommend!

Kenneth and Michelle's place is very comfortable and quiet. The kitchen and laundry are extremely well equipped, and everything worked as described. The neighborhood is attractive, safe, and peaceful with lots of nice shops and cafes. We could walk to two Trader Joes and a Pavilions, as well as to the lovely little public library and the metro station. It was the perfect location for visiting our son and his family who live in Highland Park, and we felt very much at home there for our three-week stay. A bonus of our time there was watching from the kitchen window the construction of a new pocket park adjacent to the rear of the apartment. Once completed, this will be an additional next door attraction.

Phillip’s place was really great. It is nearby Arcadia so it was close by enough to go there to get food or boba. The bed was really comfortable. There is also a sofa that does set into a bed, but it is definitely quite firm not as good as the actual bed was. Phillip himself was a great host he was very communicative, responsive and friendly. The place is really easy to get into and I love that they save you a parking spot.

Our stay at Laura and Gavin’s was absolutely lovely. The garden out back was a great tranquil place to have our coffee in the morning. The location was convenient for the activities we had planned. And the sheer quantity of terrific books was exciting to see. I wish we had decided to stay longer to further explore their collection.

I really liked the house, it was so cozy that I didn't want to leave, but stayed there.

awesome place for a week in LA. super clean and had everything you need. location is perfect for walking into highland park. we ended up working during the day at meadow on york, which i highly recommend for fast wifi!
