Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Alhambra

We rented this Airbnb at the last moment when the Altadena displaced my elderly mother. I wasn't optimistic about finding a nice place given the demand Airbnb was under. I was more than pleasantly surprised. Williams 2-bedroom unit in Alhambra was perfect. It's roomy, comfortably furnished, and impeccably clean. It is a first-floor unit - completely accessible for someone using a walker (including the walk-in showers). William was responsive whenever I needed to contact him, typically answering questions in minutes (during the day, of course!). The location in Alhambra is very close to main street and many, many restaurants. The apartment itself is on a quiet side street and is far enough from the road to be very quiet. Overall, it's a great place to stay if you want to be in the Pasadena/Alhambra/San Gabriel/... area.

I had a lovely stay. This was the perfect size for me and had a nice location.

Lovely place with a very homey feel to it. It's one of two airbnbs at the building, but they are fully separated. Everything was as described, and the hosts were super communicative. Its a great deal, given there is laundry and parking onsite, they allow pets, and its a fully livable unit in a comfortable suburban neighborhood.

Keith’s Place Was Perfect For Just The 2 Of Us And Was Very Private Which We Loved

We had a great stay in this Airbnb. Perfect for our family of four with two bedrooms and bathrooms. Having laundry was useful. We really liked the location. It was walkable to close restaurants and supermarkets. 20 minute walk to a Target and a bit further to options in Pasadena. We ended up taking the bus to downtown LA a few times - the bus stop was an easy 5 minute walk from the house. Overall, the house was very quiet. A few neighbourhood noises (yard work etc) woke us up a couple of days, but nothing too concerning. We stayed for 8 nights and the host had left extra towels. Kitchen had everything we needed. Highly recommend for the amount of space and location. Comfy beds and hot showers.

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was beautifully decorated and felt very welcoming. It was clean, tidy, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is super convenient, close to lots of great restaurants, shops, and other local spots. It felt very safe, which we really appreciated. The host was also incredibly responsive and accommodating, always checking in to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this place to friends and would love to come back again!

Host of this place was great at communication prior to stay. Place was nice and was easy to access. It was a great location for two people to stay at. Was close to a lot of Asian food options!

The airbnb was very clean, easy to find and easy gate and door security. I would recommend Kings place to family or friend. I even had to reserve for an extra day and that was very easy and I received a quick approval.

It is a great place to stay, especially considering getting a private space for your group, the safe parking spot for your car etc. The place is very similar to described in the listing and was very clean, with all the basic amenities needed for one's stay. One thing to keep in mind, it is towards the east side of LA and if you are planning to visit LA as a tourist, then all the tourist spots is a bit of drive from here. But overall, great experience.

Great stay! Jesse was super responsive and the place was more beautiful than the pictures. Super bright due to all the windows and mattresses/pillows were extremely comfortable. Food was amazing in the area as well

Jacky's place was super cozy and clean. This was my first time in LA and a dream come true! I felt very safe in my space here and I would highly recommend staying here! I will definitely be back and will want to stay here again.

We were in LA for business meetings. Before we make a reservation, we compared Ali's condo with the other condos surrounding. He is the most responsive and most helpful host, and we are so glad and lucky that we made a correct selection and book Ali's house. He likes a local friend who provided us with not only assistance/guidance on check-in and staying but also touring and catering advice. He is super responsive, proactively reaching out to us offering additional help, and so friendly. The place is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Guests can tell from the tasty design, details of guidance, and thoughtful and convenient amenities that Ali and his wife have spent great time and effort to make this place as welcoming and cozy as possible. This place is definitely our stay for next visit, regardless for business or private. The location is close to everything, peaceful, and in walking distance to my LA office and everything.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

Booked for the rooftop pool view and it did not disappoint. The parking spot was a nice bonus. The unit itself was nice. Comfy bed, big tv, very clean. As others mentioned, it’s very bright; bring an eye mask if you don’t want to be up with the sunrise.

Peter was the best host! Not only were the check in instructions great with photo examples to aid a smooth process but he was willing to work with me on checkout time. I came for work and left my belongings at the apartment thinking I would be back in time before checkout and Peter was not only helpful but very understanding. Being able to check in very late after a long flight with front desk security made it really easy and comfortable. It was so quiet! Which is surprising for the area. The space was more spacious and beautiful in person. Can’t wait to book this for visiting friends

The stay was very comfortable & homey. Great kitchen & living room space. Big bedroom with washer and dryer. Much bigger in person than it looks on the app. I recommend this play for a quiet getaway & subtle experience. Very quiet and peaceful, plus the hosts were great. Very responsive and proactive, answered any and all questions I had quickly.

Roger’s place was perfect for my weekend trip to Pasadena. Within walking distance of good restaurants and very clean. Roger was a responsive and helpful host.
