Family-friendly holiday rentals in Valencian Community

Stay was amazing brilliant hand over and helpful when needed brilliant location near to beach and few bars and restaurants look falward to book again

We loved our stay - the house is perfectly equipped, beautiful and comfortable. There were plenty of places to gather but we could also spread out. Rosana’s recommendations improved our experience and she was super helpful and responsive. We highly recommend her place and would definitely stay there again.

The truth is that the house is incredible! We had a great end! Of course, as a recommendation you have to bring mosquito repellents in the summer season! We will repeat!!

Justo's apartment was love at first sight and did not disappoint. In addition to all the amenities it offers, it has a piano in the living room, which for any fan (as is the case with our family) was a plus. Justo is very open and kind with his space, he shares his home and his belongings as if his guests were family. He leaves you his music, his books, his drinks with total confidence. He welcomed us with an appetizer upon arrival and was in touch prior to each moment. The apartment has air conditioning in each room, full bathrooms in each room. Washing machine, dishwasher. He leaves you beach items, space in his cupboards. It has filtered water in the tap, which seems like a gimmick but greatly helps with daily logistics. It is within walking distance of the City of Sciences and Gulliver Park. In short, I definitely recommend it and would return (it is true that there is an odor issue when operating the main bathroom, but I fear that it is a generalized issue in Valencia and not specific to the apartment)

Silvia's place was top class, everything was perfect and exactly as described. The terrace was even bigger than it appeared in the photos. It's a great place to relax and unwind. I had a car so it was within reach of many local restaurants and not far from the coast. Many thanks for the use of your property...kind regards Owen

The stay was fantastic, so much so that it's a shame to leave. My son had an unforgettable time and the adults too hehehe.

In short: the cabin, Alvaro's service, the views, the silence and Llop have been really incredible, a different experience, the huge jacuzzi, a tree on the back terrace with red leaves that I fell in love with, very close to Gandia town, everything really good. If we have the chance, we'll definitely be back!!

It was a fantastic stay right close to the town of Parcent and many biking trails right outside the door. The grounds were large and beautifully kept, the home was lovely and very comfortable. We would stay here again. L’Era restaurant, walking distance had some of the best wood fired Paella we have had in Spain. Locals were friendly and a excellent bike bar/rentals in town, as well as a bakery to walk to in the mornings.

I stayed a week while visiting my son. It was a wonderful experience. The apartment is fantastic and the square is an oasis in the middle of busy place del carmen.

Alejandro was an excellent host , super responsive and helpful. The house was excellent well equipped and spacious great for what we wanted it for. Beach is a 15 mins walk away with loads of restaurants.

It is a very nice house located very close to the sea, in the Rotes area, the most beautiful in my opinion of Denia. AItor was very attentive, with a great explanation upon arrival of the house, punctual and polite. The house met all expectations, both with the description with what we were looking for . My wife and I have had a great time, in the house, on the beaches, in the restaurants. In short, everything was excellent and I congratulate Aitor on knowing how to have such a beautiful space with excellent communication. A whole 10 !!! We will repeat for sure ... we already have our house in Denia !!!!

Our recent stay at Edu's apartment was truly delightful. From the moment we arrived, we felt immediately at home; the apartment exuded a warm and inviting atmosphere. Its charming character far surpassed the already appealing photos. The location was incredibly convenient, placing us within easy walking distance of many key attractions, while simultaneously providing the peace and quiet of a safe and pleasant neighbourhood. We spent an unforgettable weekend in the region of Els Ports. Visits to very interesting villages and a magnificent landscape. But having done it in this accommodation has made it even better. Very well prepared and very welcoming. We felt right at home.

We had a great stay at Inés’ cosy and atmospheric place with a beautiful architectural touch. Spotlessly clean, well equipped with everything we needed. You are 5 minutes walk from the historic center. Three metro stations are also in walking distance. Very good communication with Inés! She is a responsible and professional host. Check-in instructions are very clear and easy to deal with. Inés kindly let us to store our luggage before check-in time as we arrived early in the morning. And also gave us helpful information about the area. Great experience! I’d definitely recommend it and hope to come back:)

Surely we will repeat, the house is beautiful, spacious and very comfortable. It has everything you need inside to spend a few spectacular days of rest in a beautiful area with phenomenal views. Gareth has been on the lookout and is a very friendly and polite person which makes them want to come back. I would just add one thing to make everything perfect and it would be a table and chairs to eat outside enjoying the beautiful garden that the property has. Except that, everything was perfect. The villa is even more beautiful than the photos! Its spacious, had everything we could of asked for as a family of 11 & more! It was spotless when we checked in, the host is wonderful & the pool was 10/10. Its massive! Shops were within walking distance & the beach front stroll within 30 mins even with children. Highly recommend everything, thank you!! Xx

This place was perfect for us. A little bit of paradise. So many birds singing at dawn, lush plants and flowers, a beach for swimming in five minute walk. The pool at the house is fantastic. Totally lovely hosts.

Everything was perfect. Reyes received us perfectly. The apartment is as it appears in the photos. Everything was perfect and Reyes is a lovely person. Very good service.

7 of us (20 - 50year old females) have just returned from a lovely stay at this Villa and the experience was perfect. Lovely setting, lovely villa and just far enough out to be away from the madness of Benidorm but close enough to dip our toes in when we felt like it. Kevin the property manager was excellent and was on constant speed dial for taxis and everything and anything we needed. We had no issues at all and I would absoloutley return/recommend.

Natalia’s place is wonderful. Great location, supermarket, restaurants, bakery, coffee shop all walkable. Tastefully decorated with a lovely pool and outside space. Great for families and relaxing. Fully equipped kitchen — home from home feel. If you want to see Valencia you need a car. Natalia was an excellent host (one of the best we’ve experienced) and gave faultless recommendations! We will be going back.

Es increible! It was the best place I ever been! This house stands right in a middle of the awesome forest. We enjoyed the surroundings and totally disconnected from city. Ze and Nacho treated us like a friends. I recommend to ask Ze about their own naturally made essential oils and products. I wish to come back as soon as possible. Thanks!
