We renovated and designed this place respecting the traditional ways to build at the time, with limestone and wooden beams, while offering all the amenities of a modern apartment and a little bit of luxury. The beach is a 5 minutes (350m) walk away and the numerous nearby bars and restaurants invite you to enjoy the typical Mediterranean vibes of the old town.

A 5 minutes' walk from the Postiguet beach and a stone's throw from shops, shopping centres, typical restaurants and the Mercado Central. A few metres away is the tram stop to reach the surroundings of Alicante and the bus stop to the airport C6. The flat is very cosy, exterior and completely renovated furniture.
