Great Room Layout: The main living space is light and airy, arranged in an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings. From the living room, sliding doors open unto a large view deck which overlooks Alki Beach and has 180 degree views of the Puget Sound and Olympic Mountains. You'll love using the gas grill to cook the fresh salmon you bring back from the Pike Place Market. Prepare the rest of your dinner in the gorgeous designer kitchen with cherry cabinets, granite counters and stainless appliances-at the heart of the great room, then gather around the long dining table to savor a bottle of wine and great company. Bedroom/Bathroom Layout: The lower level offers a master suite with king-sized bed and ensuite bath. Two additional bedrooms each have comfortable queen-sized beds and share the remaining full bath. Parking: It is easy to park two cars at the unit, one inside the single car attached garage and the other in the driveway. Additional parking is available for free on the street nearby. Privacy: This rental unit is the upper portion of a duplex. The home's modern construction affords complete privacy between this and the lower unit. We are always available by text, phone, or e-mail, but otherwise respect the privacy of our guests. Alki Beach is a great place to be on a sunny day, wth families playing volleyball or exploring the tide pools as the water recedes. Parallel to the beach, there's a flat, well-maintained path, perfect for cyclists, runners, and rollerbladers. Catch a free shuttle on the beach to connect to downtown Seattle via an enjoyable ride on the West Seattle water taxi.
