Amazing stay right in the heart of downtown. So easy to walk to Pike Place Market and conference center. So much to do in Seattle that was easily accessible from this location. Target underneath a huge plus for things we might have forgotten to pack. Taylor was very responsive and available for questions or concerns. Beautiful condo with amazing views. Amenities in the building (gym, pool, sauna, hot tub) were amazing. We were sad to leave, but can’t wait to come back to visit in the future.

Absolutely a great place to stay and perfectly located to everything you would want to have and see. A parking spot is available, but it’s so easy to get to her place from the airport and we would highly recommend using the public transportation and forget the car. Enjoy Seattle on foot. No shortage of interesting things to see on foot. This was a wonderful place to stay with great amenities and safe and secured access to the building. We will be back and this will be our go to place to stay anytime we come to Seattle in the future. A shoutout to Judy for being a great host.

Peaceful, warm atmosphere with lots of space. Love the view out the living room window of the beautiful, green, forest-like backyard. Can’t wait to stay here again.

Lovely house with water views right within a quick drive of many Seattle area attractions. We had a great stay for a May wedding in the area. Allison has put a lot of thought into the house, with fun games, comfortable beds, and clear instructions for everything. Nearby Poulsbo is high on our list of recommendations.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay, and it all started with the incredible hosts, Debi and Russell. From the moment we arrived, they were warm, welcoming, and truly made us feel like family. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and were always quick to respond to any questions. The home itself exceeded all expectations. The amenities were far beyond what we anticipated. The views—both day and night—were stunning, and the local wildlife was a delightful surprise. We even saw several bald eagles, which was a first for us! The house is incredibly spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The heated indoor pool and Jacuzzi were a huge bonus and the perfect way to unwind after exploring Washington. The modern upgrades and appliances made our stay even more comfortable. There were also plenty of games and toys for kids—though our daughter spent most of her time enjoying the pool. You truly won’t be disappointed.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The kitchen and living areas were spacious, and the backyard was a good size. The pool was great—clean, well-maintained, and perfect for daily swims. Our kids absolutely loved it! There was a noticeable smell of marijuana outside at times, likely from a neighboring property. It wasn’t a major issue for us, but could be something to keep in mind for guests who are sensitive to smells.

Kely was accessible and expeditious with her responses. The issues or concerns were addressed immediately. We appreciate her availability.

This Airbnb was amazing. As others have said, the photos don’t do it justice. It’s extremely clean, beautifully designed and full of amenities. The view was our favorite, which you get from all the rooms on the main story. Relaxing on the patio or in the hot tub was the highlight. We also loved cooking meals in the well stocked kitchen and enjoying as much time as we could in the home. Shannon was an excellent host, with thoughtful touches in the home including a gift for our little one and recommendations for parks for him. She was quick to respond to messages and always friendly and helpful. If you’re considering staying here, do it! You won’t regret it.

A wonderful stay - I was in Seattle for a week, apartment hunting for an upcoming move to the city. The carriage house was the most perfect, serene landing pad after long days. The garden is gorgeous (love the water feature), the place had everything I needed to relax. The gifted snacks were a lovely touch. Hosts were friendly and had fantastic communication. Would definitely return to stay.

Marcell is a great host, friendly and communicative. Very helpful with local suggestions and very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again if the listing is available the next time I’m in Seattle.

Ideal location! So close to restaurants, grocery stores, and things to do. The place was just as described and it was perfect for us two and our dog. Malcolm was super responsive and came to fix and issue the same day and gave us great recommendations. Highly recommend!

Our third or fourth stay here! Such a lovely airbnb with comfortable furniture and a nice little kitchen. Everything is just as pictured, and the hosts are great with communication. It was such a convenient location for us! The hosts provide coffee, snacks, and wine, and the kitchen has everything you could need. It was so nice to have a washer and dryer as well. Would definitely recommend!

We loved the space. Great views. Windows for days. We even measured some spaces in the house to incorporate into our home build. It’s not a large home but it feels so spacious with all the natural light. Truly feels like home. It’s not a cheap rental but the value is all there. We would love to return sometime! Zero complaints and I’d highly recommend the stay for anyone looking to visit the area.

Very nice in a great neighborhood. The place was as described and peaceful. We had great time and appreciated Amy’s responsiveness and support during the stay. A lot to do near by especially the Arboretum within walking distance and a great bakery.

Dear Lilah and Nick, Thank you for building and maintaining the most beautiful, lush space. We were in absolute heaven! I adore design and it’s rare my partner ever delights in design that much with me, but she reveled in every angle, grain, sanding, and pour too. What a wonderful place to be in, which included your warm welcome and organizing skills. We didn’t even leave for two days bc we were so happy in your home. We hope to visit again!

Glen’s place was beautifully renovated with thoughtful details, ie lighting, decor, and striking bathrooms. Also, the beds, pillows, and bedding were so comfortable; they were some of the best we’ve had in an Airbnb. We appreciated the laundry amenity, the closet space, the TV in both bedrooms and the LR, and the air conditioner! We were happy to have a cute outdoor space, but we wished the umbrella was a tilting one. Maybe it was, but we couldn’t get it to tilt. However, we managed anyway to enjoy the outdoors and the BBQ. The neighborhood is a little quaint (looks like it may have been an early suburb that is now somewhat neglected), but is quiet and very private. We were very happy to have parking on site! Thank you, Glen, for this little oasis for a few nights!

Very nice little place right across the street from Lincoln Park. Very easy to walk to the park, or to the ferry terminal. There is also a bus stop (C Line) less than a block away, which takes you directly into downtown. The bus is convenient and very cheap. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Hosts are very responsive, and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare food. The in-unit laundry is also great. Not a whole lot of stores or restaurants within walking distance but that wasn’t a problem for me. I walked anyway, and either way, I enjoyed my stay.

The house is roomy and spacious. Lots of different places to gather and hang out. It's pretty remote, I would suggest bringing food on arrival as the closest store is 20 minute drive. You can't beat the views as it might be the most special part of the house. Perfect place to relax and recharge.

We were very fortunate that Renee’s property was available for the 4 days we needed. This was the end of a very busy 3 weeks in the US, and the peaceful house with a deck on the water with seals and otters playing was just what we needed to unwind before the long journey home to Australia. Renee is a lovely host who kept in contact to ensure our stay was as pleasant as possible. So thankful for the opportunity.

We’ve all read glowing reviews that don’t turn out to be true…this is NOT that! We loved staying here!! The pictures and descriptions match the actual property. The host is very communicative, informative, and friendly. We enjoyed the backyard, fishing, the kayaks, the fire pit…gorgeous area and so peaceful! If we are in the area again we will definitely stay here again.

Well equipped apartment for a short stay in Seattle. Everything was clean and comfortable and is a good quiet residential neighborhood with access to everything you could need. I expecially enjoyed the coffee machine. The building is shared with another apartment and the sound insulation was lacking at times, but I'd stay again.

Everything was lovely, just as described. Unit was a little hard to find but Cassandra's directions helped immensely. Quiet neighborhood but close to 522 and I5. Unit was clean, nice kitchen, big TV in living room space, comfy bed, clean bathroom. Cassandra responded to all questions very quickly. Will definitely stay here again if it's available next time we visit our kid in Seattle.
