Adorable 1920 cozy guest cottage sits on nearly 4 1/2 beautiful acres next to Owner's home and barn in the NE part of the city. It is close to parks, trails, and a shopping center and is less than 15 minutes from downtown! Close to main roads. It is a 1 bedroom home boasting an attached porch, a fire pit, and a floating deck with a pergola. The bedroom has a reading nook, and a closet where you can unpack and make your stay feel like home. For additional visitors, the leather sofa folds down into a full-sized bed. The modern bathroom boasts a walk-in shower.

Family/Kid/Pet-Friendly and Cozy Home. Fenced Yard

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. 2 Bedroom house with fully fenced backyard for the doggies to play and run. Spacious deck with chairs to enjoy quiet evenings and hammock available for warmer months. Kitchen is equipped with full reverse osmosis system. Anything and everything you need to cook, including spices and all the utensils. Small bedroom is equipped with wall mounted infrared heater. Living room has a cozy electric fireplace.

Sunset Ranch - Fort Wayne

Please be honest and no smoking at all in the house!! Thanks for keeping my place clean during your stay :) No parties. Bridal showers and small things like that are probably OK. Just ask. Please, be sincere on guest count over 4. This is a nice 3-bedroom ranch house with 2 full bathrooms. There is a large back yard with a patio and a farmer's field beyond. Great for spending time with your friends and family having a cook-out and/or bonfire.

The hosts (David and Beth) live on the ground floor of this multifamily home and guests stay in the 2nd floor, completely separate, apartment. The only shared spaces are the patio in the back yard.
