The apartment with ground-level entrance is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. Our parking spaces are comfortable and convenient right in our yard. The pond area of the city park, the swimming pool, supermarket, bakery and butcher are right outside the front door and are within minutes walking distance.

The apartment is located at 550 meters above sea level, in the heart of the Sauerland. A little paradise, as we call it. Perfect for nature lovers who need a break from everyday stress. For children, we offer an experience with tame sheep, chickens and rabbits that roam freely on the property. Our happy chickens provide you with fresh breakfast eggs in the morning. By arrangement, there are also fresh trout from the fish pond. A small home to feel good and enjoy.

Also from the large shower, you can sometimes watch a deer in the forest. The bedroom is separated from the living and dining room by a sliding door. Through the large window front, you have a beautiful view towards the city center.

The hot tub is heated and is there for your own use all year round. There are no other guests.
