You have a view of the countryside and an entrance in the basement. New construction 2011, underfloor heating, perfect for solo travelers. You have it friendly and inspiring. It is only a 5-minute walk from Allensbach beach and 10 minutes from the town center and train station. Allensbach has excellent local transport connections via the regional "Seehas" train and the supra-regional Black Forest Railway.
