Beautiful and accommodating- we took our 5 kids and our frenchies out of Manhattan for the long weekend and found the most perfect gem to reconnect as a family and with nature here! The rooms were perfect, we played games, enjoyed the hot tub and campfire and local attractions. The hosts are more than flexible and easy to communicate with!

Lisa was a super responsive and welcoming host to our family of four looking for a quick getaway. The property exceeded our expectations and the home was incredibly cozy--not too big and not too small. We were able to thoroughly enjoy the hot tub, board games, BBQ grill, bikes, beautiful kitchen, and the neighboring town of Jim Thorpe! The community was quiet for a peaceful stay and the nearby scenery of lakes provided some great photo opportunities for us. Although the WiFi could be improved in the home, we highly recommend this property!

Great location. Very relaxing and peaceful. The house is adorable. The owner was very helpful and gave recommendations of local things to do. My fiancé and I stayed for two nights. We went to two of the restaurants that were recommended and we also went on a hike, we hiked 5 miles and it was a great day. The hot tub was super relaxing and we even made a fire at the fire pit. We can’t wait to go back.

Nicholas is an outstanding host. We did have to reach out to him pretty late at night and he was still super responsive and found a remedy for our situation. Very nice guy. We didn’t have time to use all the amenities of the community, but the lake looked pretty cool. We came for an event at Pocono Raceway, which was a pretty short drive from this house. Our dogs loved the fenced in yard! Such a bonus that the back doors go right out to the fenced yard for them (and convenient for lazy people like me who don’t want to attach a leash every time). Emily's guide she provided for the area was incredible! She was very knowledgeable about the surrounding areas and really helped us feel like locals in the Poconos. The home had everything we needed and was truly lovely! Emily was very communicative and responsive if we had any questions. Highly recommend this spot for a weekend getaway!

What a great experience! The Woodside A-Frame is a beautifully designed house, built with love and care, and it shows. Our family couldn't have asked for a better time. We had a wonderful time at the cabin! Super nice and spacious, the kitchen was well stocked with good quality knives and cookware, there was so many things we could do just in the house from grilling and chilling to playing arcade or yard games. The house slippers were a really nice touch as well. Thank you Danny!

Christine’s place was amazing. We stood at the “Fika” cabin and it was great. It was super cozy and a well thought out space. It had plenty of room for me and my family. The cabin was stocked with all the essentials needed to a great time. I would definitely recommend this to anyone that wants a nice getaway with the family without sacrificing any amenities. Wonderful place to stay! If you are looking to stay off the beaten trail and enjoy a quiet time away, this is the place for you! We enjoyed spending every night in the hot tub and relaxing with the TV. Even though it rained most of our trip, the house was well-stocked with games and music. We loved playing pool together at night! The little Nespresso coffee bar was amazing! Would definitely recommend bringing a four-wheel drive vehicle to get to the house, and ensure that you get there while it is still light outside (at least the first time). It was very easy to get to downtown Jim Thorpe to enjoy all it has to offer. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone that wants to visit Jim Thorpe or even just to have a quaint, intimate weekend getaway!

We loved our time at Sycamore Camp! The cabin felt like home as soon as we walked in. It was clean and well stocked with everything you need. Jessica was very communicative in messages but also left a fantastic manual with local recommendations and things to do. My girls were obsessed with their bedroom and were so sad to leave. We will be back!

We were lucky enough to book this beautiful lakefront cabin for our wedding weekend at The Lakeside Ballroom, and it was everything we hoped for and more! My bridesmaids and I got ready here — hair, makeup, the whole thing — and then spent the rest of the weekend relaxing and soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. The space is absolutely breathtaking and incredibly cozy — truly the perfect lake home getaway. It exceeded all of our expectations, and we still can’t believe a gem like this exists right in our own backyard. We’re already looking forward to booking another weekend soon. We loved every minute of it!

This was easily the nicest Air BNB I’ve ever stayed at. The cabin was beautiful inside and sparkling clean. The appliances, grill, bathroom fixtures, mattress and bedding were top of the line and wildly luxurious. The setting was beautiful. We saw so much wildlife just on the property and the location was central to some of the nicest hikes in the Delaware Water Gap. Really beautiful stay and definitely worth every penny.

Very peaceful and cozy. We enjoyed our stay very much. The home was so beautiful and well kept. The bed was soo comfortable and all of the blankets were so cozy. I fell asleep on the couch with the fire going and just felt so relaxed. We wished we could have stayed longer. We definitely plan to come back.

Le Wood cabin was absolutely perfect for my sister bachelorette weekend! The house was absolutely gorgeous! The pictures don’t even do the place justice! Place had all the amenities linens, pots, pans, glasses, toilet paper, lighters for fireplace and so much more! It was so nice to not be stressed about all the little things. We were 12 minutes to downtown Jim Thorpe & it was the perfect spot! Edwin very quick to answer questions and provide help! We even talked about booking again next year! Place was super clean! Also had a coffee bar that was completely unexpected!

Would happily stay again. Close to many family friendly activities like scenic train rides and the zoo. full kitchen made it easy to feed family. only recommendation would be if you have very young children to bring a child gate.

3 generations loved our stay at the cabin for WWII weekend in Reading. Very peaceful and beautiful surroundings on the farm, friendly goats and a great patio out back. The house itself is unique, open and uncluttered, with comfortable beds and modern amenities, and we felt right at home. Will be coming back.

We were in the area for a two day fishing trip on the Lehigh river. Location was perfect. The space was great! Communication and check in was seamless. The cabin was equipped with all the amenities you could think of. Very comfortable and peaceful. would not hesitate to book again. Thanks again !

Spent six nights here by myself for a busy work week in Berks County, and it worked out great. It is next to a surprisingly busy and loud two-lane "country road" but the hedge and house walls are thick and once you're inside, it is not a problem. White noise machine in the bedroom if needed. Of many many airbnbs I've stayed in, this cool cottage had the best kitchen and (huge) bathroom of all. The layout is unusual and if you have to get up in the middle of the night, be careful on steep stairs. (I'm 70 with sketchy knee and did fine, but slowly.) I lived downstairs in comfy living room, just used 2nd floor to sleep. HVAC perhaps not intuitive for old schoolers, so read directions. Very well equipped place, check all drawers and cabinets to see all the supplies! Geena and Dillon were the best communicators, any time I had a question I got a quick and friendly reply.
