The house is a few minutes' walk from Svaneke center and just a few steps from the Klippestien and overlooks Vigehavn. The house contains three bedrooms, one of which has two built-in junior beds - however, two single beds can be placed instead. The house is in good condition and offers a kitchen-living room, living room, bathroom and private south-facing terrace. There is good insulation, district heating and a wood-burning stove and is therefore rented out all year round.

Der er adgang til fælles toilet og bad samt veludstyret køkken med gaskomfur, ovn, opvaskemaskine og hylde i køleskabet /skuffe i fryseren.

Skøn sommerhusstemning i en gammel smedje. Hyggeligt indrettet gammelt anneks til vores hus, kun to minutter fra stranden og havnen. Et eller to værelser + køkken/stue samt badeværelse. Der er sengepladser til 4, det er dog muligt at rede op til 6. I deler have med os - det er muligt at grille efter aftale. I haven har den anerkendte kunster Frederik Næblerød udført et vægmaleri. Køkkenet er simpelt, men der er kogeplade/emhætte/køleskab og espressomaskine.
