I have eliminated my cleaning fee for 1-2 night stays because I understand the frustration of so many fees, and short stays tend to need less cleaning time. Sky High Acres Apartment on Cooper Mt. is a private 2 acre estate framed by majestic Douglas Fir trees. 1200 sq. ft. of custom designed living space provides large windows to the private landscaping, gas fireplace, 55" TV, dining and pool table. Meals are easily prepared in the kitchenette or go to one of the many nearby restaurants. Also enjoy the expansive lawn area from the gas fireplace on the covered patio. **An additional queen bed is available in our Ford Conversion van for $60 a night**.

Beaverton Retreat

The apartment is clean and cozy with a private entrance located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The apartment shares a common wall with the main house with doors that separate the space and remained locked. It offers a stocked kitchen, cable tv, dvd player and wifi with a comfortable seating area for reading by the fireplace or watching tv. The bathroom is spacious with an extra large shower. The bedroom has a queen size bed, walk-in closet and dresser. Driveway and street parking available.

Beaver Den Guest Wing: 2BRs, Den, Kitchenette, 1BA

Hosts are inclusive and welcome families. The Wing is in a safe and quiet neighborhood with 2 spacious bedrooms (ea. 11' x 17'), comfy den, kitchenette, and bathroom with combo tub & shower. Abundant light, balconies, and patio. 8 exterior steps to enter home through hosts' kitchen (we live on-site), then 9 steps up to private apartment with locking door. Digital pad self-check-in. WIFI mesh network. Secure off-street parking. EV plug-in. Single dog considered with recurring $25/month fee.

Downtown Beaverton Hideaway

Your own beautiful 2 bedroom 1 bath (700 sqft) on quiet street in bustling downtown Beaverton. Washer/dryer in unit with 2 off street parking spots and lots of street parking. Granite countertops, hardwood and tile floors throughout. Private backyard. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, shopping, library, Sat. Market etc. and 12 minute walk (.6 miles) to Beaverton Transit Center MAX station (direct to downtown Portland). There are 2 queen beds, one in each bdrm. The couch also folds down.

Wine country retreat with amazing views

This lovely tree top space is attached to our home and includes separate entry, complete privacy in the unit, has its own upstairs deck, and includes the use of our shared lower deck and hot tub. The kitchen is a "kitchenette" with no stove, but we do provide a single burner hot plate. Come practice "Shin Rin Yoku", the the stress- reducing essence of the forest. Trails, benches and platforms throughout the property provide a place to sit, enjoy the clean air, meditate, or do yoga.

This beautiful ranch style home with tasteful decors can accommodates 2-4 guests. We are ONE block from Nike, ONE mile to grocery store and restaurants, ONE min walking to bus stop. Easy access to highway and 15 mins to downtown. Plus, new furnitures and high-end mattresses, fully stocked kitchen and new washer and dryer etc. This home has everything that’s makes you feel at home. Perfect for business travels, family with kids and couples, alike. FYI, fireplace is not for guest use.
