Excellent stay at this Airbnb. If you are thinking of coming to St Helen to ride the ORV trails, this is an excellent choice! It’s right down the street from St Helen Motorsports, two gas stations, 3 restaurants, 2 pizza shops and multiple trail head entrances within 2 miles or less!!! The house looks exactly like the pictures and description, and the hot tub, outdoor fire pit, and indoor fireplace were amazing! I will note….it is a bit on the small side. Beds are as described, but feet hang off the bed and rooms are small. 4 grown adults was pushing it here, especially with one bathroom. Also note. There is BARELY enough room for a small truck and trailer to park in front. The other truck had to park underneath the large garage due to no park space. Other than that, which is really just an explanation, it is the ultimate st Helen stop!

My husband spent two nights at this wonderful cabin and so enjoyed our time there! We ate at the boat house for lunch one day and walked the Wolf Creek Trailhead another, but other than that we enjoyed being at the cabin! The backyard was incredibly serene! We read and talked for hours around the bonfire until dark and then hit the hot tub both nights! What a wonderful space to get away and reconnect as a couple! I would absolutely suggest it as a couples get away! ❤️

Lovely property with an amazing and cute little cabin. Very private, we walked the woods and had bonfires. The hot tub was great! We would definitely come back!

This awesome place was near everything! We walked to the beach and explored the beautiful pier the first night we were there. On the second day we walked to town and did a little shopping and lunch. Later that afternoon we enjoyed biking on the local trails and even stopped for a snack at the Hilltop restaurant. I highly recommend this place!

Plenty of activities to keep the kids & adults entertained. The kids said they wanted to stay there for forever & ever. It was magical!! Not to mention that king size bed gave me the best sleep I’ve had postpartum. You couldn’t ask for more :) The cabin was packed with everything you needed & more! Thank you so much !!

The cabin is absolutely stunning—beautifully designed, packed with thoughtful amenities, and offering breathtaking views. The only downside is that the lake isn't suitable for swimming

Place was great for big groups with many beds, activities, and nice walkable lake community. We all enjoyed our stay.

This place is out of a dream. A perfect spot to unwind. Right on the lake. Has all the amenities. Nothing else I would change about this spot. This is my second visit and will definitely not be the last.

Jame's cabin exudes care, charm and coziness with wall hung quotes and artwork throughout. Special thought given to a true functioning kitchen which is much appreciated after a long drive. I was a solo traveler but would be lovely for grandchildren and children to reconnect with nature unplugged. A firecircle stands rstocked and eady to keep you warm whilst searching for shooting stars. Worth returning to share with family.

The cabin was perfect. So many useful amenities. Perfect for our family snowmobiling trip.

Our stay at Dorene and John’s was perfect! We traveled the half hour to ski at Nub’s and enjoyed being in the private atmosphere of the cabin. The hot tub topped it all off! We didn’t want to leave!

Nice spot, perfect for our needs - fishing the au sable river nearby. Good beds and furniture. Kitchen was spartan but totally adequate. Out in the woods, whitetail deer wandering on property. Beautiful pine forest. Very secluded but easy to find.

We had a great time relaxing at the cozy cabin. The space matches the name! The description was clear and I feel everything was true to the description. The bathroom is a little tight however that was mentioned in the description so was not a surprise when we arrived. We always got quick responses when we messaged. We enjoyed that there was a fire pit, with chairs already there. An out door eating space and grill along with indoor space. They had also had extra blankets, movies and games which was very nice!

We had such an incredible time staying in Roscommon at the Knotty Retreat. The location is perfect - very much a short peaceful walk to Higgins Lake. The cabin was amazingly cozy and had every amenity and detail you could imagine (even s’mores!). We had a wonderful time. A huge thank you to Carrie & Nicholas!

We stayed here almost a year ago and loved it so much we came back this year. There have been some great minor improvements since our last visit. The cabin is super secluded - a perfect place to unplug, relax, and recharge. Highly recommend for anyone looking to get away from it all!

Loved staying with my large group! Being able to take a walk through some of the most beautiful wilderness you can find in northern Michigan right outside your door was such an amazing experience. I’ll never forget the walks taken and the stars gazed at! Lots of space to hang out inside, good kitchen and a grocery store with some great deals (Freddie’s) just down the road. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

I love this place. The only thing I dislike is how uncomfortable the beds are. I would recommend bringing a topper so you can save your back from aches and pains after a couple days. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Michael’s cabin on the shore of Lake Huron! It was just what we were looking for - somewhere off the beaten path that felt like a remote getaway. The home is very family friendly with games, books and activities for our kids and the very cool sauna for adults! We enjoyed the kayaks and walking the beach. The house was very clean and comfortable - we found the waffle maker useful too! Thanks for a great stay!
