Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

Waking up in the morning sun - Waking up under the morning sun… The house is located just outside the beautiful town center of St. Johann im Pongau on a hill at an altitude of about 700 meters and you have a wonderful panoramic view over the whole valley. Apartment is well placed to access the vast ski area within minutes in winter and in good conditions can be ski in/ski out. It is also great for cycling or walking in the summer. The apartment has a ski/ boot room in the basement. It has a spacious, comfortable living area and bedroom and a well stocked kitchen for cosy evenings in or if you fancy eating out there are several good quality hotels and restaurants to chose from in the village.

The distance to the center of St. Veit is a 10-minute walk (3 minutes by car).
