Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Alpine County

The place is basically ski in ski out and right next to a bar / grill in kirkwood. It was reasonable pricing compared to other options on the hill. I would stay again.

Great location, short walk to ski lifts, steps away from crosscountry and pedestrian trail. The unit has all we needed for our stay, enough space for the 4 of us and we cooked our meals there. Would love to come again.

The place was spacious and beautiful scenery. There was a few minor instances such as the second floor chimney not working, hot tub jets weren’t functionable, and the master bathroom shower tends to overflow. Aside from these minor instances, everything else was perfect!

We had a great stay! We've rented many condos in Kirkwood, but this was the most convenient. It's right by the lifts, you get a reserved garage spot, a ski locker big enough for a family, and even a fitness center. With the Murphy bed and fold-out couch, the studio was very efficient, as there was a lot of room once we put the beds away in the morning. We especially loved watching the snow fall and the snow cats work through the window. We'd rent it again anytime!

We were more than pleased with our accommodations and the host was nothing short of spectacular. Definitely recommend this studio and will stay again in the future.

Great modern Tahoe home in private neighborhood. Well stocked kitchen with everything one might need for cooking a meal. Nice dining table with room for everyone and comfortable living room space. King size bedroom does not have a private bathroom but rather the queen size bedroom has a private bathroom, so it’s a little confusing which room is considered the master bedroom.

Cathie was such a wonderful host. She was so responsive to any questions we had. Her instructions were clear and she was flexible in giving our group a slightly later check out to accommodate our schedule. The home itself was comfortable and had mostly everything we needed. Thank you Cathie!

Wonderful experience at this home. The neighborhood allowed for privacy, peace, and quiet. The home looked exactly like the pictures and was a cozy place for my guests and I to retreat to after a long day out. The master bed was especially comfortable, and we appreciated the heated flooring and waterfall shower head in the restrooms. We were also grateful for the amenities of a washer and dryer to manage our dirty clothes. The open space and natural lighting of the kitchen provided a welcoming environment. Our host Ally was very responsive and helpful as she guided us through our stay. We were lucky to experience some of the recommended restaurants in her guidebook. So happy we booked our stay here, and I'm looking forward for an opportunity to come back.

We had an amazing stay at Stephanie’s A-Frame! It was super close to down but outside it enough for it to be quiet and peaceful. One of the days we experienced a power outage that spanned across all of South Lake Tahoe but thankfully for the emergency box offered, there was a power box that allowed us to plug the fire place in and stay warm until power was restored! It was very homey and didn’t feel like a cookie cutter air bnb. All of the amenities were used and appreciated! Overall an awesome stay with some memories made!

The house was big enough to accommodate the 5 of us with room to spare. We were comfortable and felt right at home. All was clean and functional, the location was great to get into South Lake Tahoe and all the ski resorts. We never made it into the backyard although the bocci court was calling to us- but it kept snowing. The house and grounds are very well laid out. We hope to come back to play bocci!

My family stayed there this weekend for my son’s birthday and we absolutely loved the house. We had such a great time, the house was so clean and the backyard was great for the kids to play in the snow. The game room and arcade game were amazing and the kids enjoyed it and kept them busy. 100% would recommend to anybody!

Easy check in instructions! Wonderful home, great outdoor spaces, would return due to proximity to Sierra Ski Ranch.

We stayed at Denise’s beautiful home and it was better than I even thought it would be. Beautiful home, spacious and had a full game room which was a nice hangout. The hot tub and fire pit were great as well! Love how the house is set up and it’s right next to a perfect hiking trail. She responded quickly and was great as well. Excited to go back!

Great place and great location!!! We got tons of snow play in, right outside the place. And going over to the resort and shuttle was super easy. Bed is super comfortable.

Wow! We had an amazing time visiting Bear Valley and this was a great base for our adventures. The place was extremely clean and comfortable. Kristin was very helpful and friendly. Wish we could have stayed longer!

We visited Kirkwood during the quiet season and really enjoyed our stay. The area was peaceful and beautiful, and the home was even nicer and more spacious than the pictures showed. We especially liked the comfortable bed, cozy living room, and well-stocked kitchen. One thing we appreciated was how easy everything was, there weren’t a bunch of house rules or a long checkout list like some other Airbnbs. It made the stay feel simple and stress-free. We had a relaxing long weekend and would be happy to come back again.

We loved this place. A very cool vibe and it was right next to Lift #1. The little restaurant/bar downstairs was a great place to eat and hang out too. It served us perfectly.

We loved the pellet stove for heating! The condominium was very spacious with two almost completely separate, self-contained living spaces. We had to bring our dog, and the space worked for having a pet.

We check in their an offline season, so the near by restaurants were closed The rolm was clean, good maintained and communication was accurate. If you guys planning to go to lake tahoe,this is cheap and good.

Doug was amazing! Great communicator, made things very clear and easy for us. I'd definitely stay again if we are so lucky.
