Between the village square and the stream

This is our large first-floor apartment. Converted from the former village store with over 3 m room height and plenty of space for everyone - not only in the large central living room, but also with enough retreat space in the lounge and the four bedrooms. Light from all sides, two modern bathrooms, terrace directly on the stream with a view of the Zugspitze, garden, nice old and new details - what more could you want? And now even the village square is newly renovated.

Our newly renovated 2-room apartment in the attic, furnished with a lot of love for detail, offers space for up to four adults to live and feel good on 60 square meters. The kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher and washing machine. In the living room there is a sofa (sofa bed) and a flat-screen TV. Covered south-facing balcony. The bedroom has a double bed (200x200). Second bedroom with a single bed and a modern bathroom, spacious shower.
