In the upper area is the sleeping and working level with a double bed of 180 x 200 m. On the ground floor is the dining area with a kitchenette and a sofa, which can be folded out into a sofa bed if needed. Right next to it is the small shower room. A washing machine is also at your disposal.

Here you can expect a chic and newly renovated apartment including a private bathroom and a private kitchen. The apartment has its own entrance and free parking is available. Whether to Darmstadt and Frankfurt or south to Heidelberg and Mannheim, you will be living very centrally and will be on the highway in 3-5 minutes. Train or tram connections can also be reached quickly. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance.

My place is an hour south of Frankfurt, surrounded by nature. Well suited for groups and families looking for nature. There is a beautiful outdoor area with cozy seating areas, playground, campfire area, a large covered summer kitchen, vegetable garden, table tennis table, workbench for children, a pottery workshop for pottery, a piano in the 45 sqm kitchen. Excellent living climate due to wood/clay construction.
