The guest house is only 10 minutes by car from the Soers (CHIO). Aachen city center can also be easily reached by bus. During Christmas season there is one of the most beautiful Christmas markets in Germany and in summer great open-air concerts just above the border (Netherlands). A narrow staircase leads to the 2nd floor where the kitchen, living room, toilet and the first bedroom with two single beds are located. On the 4th floor you will find the second bedroom with twin beds, bathroom without toilet but with walk-in shower, two sinks and a washing machine.

The individual guest house is located at the end of the 6-hectare property. A former stable is now a carefully and lovingly redesigned retreat for 4 people. On the first floor is the kitchen with dining area and fireplace, a bedroom and a large bathroom with freestanding bathtub. The 2nd floor consists of a loft-like studio with a large window front, in which there is another double bed.
