The 40 sqm apartment is modern and is located in a quiet one-way street with good infrastructure, free parking and bus stop within walking distance. Enjoy the tea and coffee flat rate. A supermarket, bakery, butcher and a gas station are quick to reach. The Wurmtal for access to nature is only 5 minutes' walk away.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is accessible via an external staircase. There is also a small terrace that can be used. It can accommodate 3 adults and 1 baby (baby cot available). An outdoor seating area, right on the Cave, is available for our guests.
