***Perfect for city tour*** The attic of a 100 + year old house was completely renovated in 2024. Nevertheless, the charm of the years was preserved in loving detail work. 2km to the airport (no aircraft noise!) 200m to the underground 500 m to the S-Bahn (suburban train) 60m to the Alster hiking trail 500 m to the shopping street Not suitable for children below 10 years of age.
