The cabin is brand new - designed and built by myself, and of course with the help of friends and family. Bjørheimsheia offers amazing nature experiences. You just need to walk straight out the front door to start directly into marked hiking trails. The park chair is located about 15 minutes drive away. Jørpeland Sentrum is about 10 minutes drive away.

Naustet er svært smakfullt innredet, og ligger nydelig til rett ved kaien. God kommunikasjon gjør det enkelt å komme til/fra Stavanger og attraksjoner i regionen. Naustet har to brygger og en liten båt, samt supre tur-, bade -og fiskemuligheter. Det ligger sørvest-vendt som betyr mange fine solnedganger. Vi i ferd med å utvikle et koselig og sjarmerende lite sted med bryggeri, kafe og butikk. Du kan bestille ferske varer til frokost, lunsj og middag - alt som serveres og selges er laget her.

Pulpit Rock 10 minutes to parking. Read the reviews from past guests. The views are striking, the place is sheltered from traffic and noise. Sun until 22:20 on the longest days. Settle down for several days and go on great hikes and mountain peaks from the exit door. Five minutes hike away you can swim in a river with fresh mountain water. We have the perfect place for you who will enjoy a few days of nature, silence and fresh air. The cabin is built in 2010 and one wall is full of windows, so nature and sunset can be enjoyed from the sofa. We are fully self contained with solar cells, batteries and water. We also don't have internet, so here you are completely off-grid. A starry sky without light pollution is not so common anymore, but with us you can enjoy the stars around a fire in the evening.

"Gamlahuset" fra cirka 1880 leies ut. Huset ligger på et lite gårdstun i Gardsvågen på Talgje, 100 meter fra sjøen. Her er det badestrand, og det går turløyper rundt nesten hele øya. Fra Gardsvågen er det 1 km til hurtigbåtkai. Herfra er det 20-50 min med hurtigbåt til Stavanger. Det er 35 minutt med bil til Stavanger sentrum. På Talgje er det også muligheter for frisbeegolf og badstuutleige (Anker Gaard) og det er sandvolleyballbane 1 km fra huset.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house was incredibly cozy, with super comfortable beds and everything we needed gathered in one place. The view of the fjord was simply magical – a sight we never got tired of. There were many nice experiences in the area, and we are left with memories for life. A special thank you to the amazing owner – so welcoming and helpful all the way. You really felt welcome from the first moment. Highly recommended and we'd gladly come back!

We had a great stay at Bjarne’s place. The barn is equipped with functionalities. Do not expect excessive luxury, but everything works perfectly and the place has a cozy nautical theme that fits the location perfectly. We loved it! We could use the great outdoor space as well and immediately felt welcome by the family. Bjarne gave us great recommendations about the area; the fresh shrimps on thursday/fridays, great hikes and beautiful scenic route that really made the difference during our stay. It was our first time in Norway and we could never have found these ourselves. Next to this we enjoyed the drinks together at the end of the day and the conversations that we had. Thank you Bjarne and family, we hope to come back again one day!! Joost, Leonie and little Puck

The Cabin was amazing! truly a hidden gem! Super quiet with amazing views from every window! Its the perfect place to calm down and to rest after a beautiful day of hiking. but you need to have a car to get to the place. warmly recommended to stay at Peters place, who answered quickly and friendly!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. It was very clean and super equipped, also to cook in the apartment itself. Perfect location if you plan to visit the Preikestolen. In addition, you can walk to the beach in a few minutes. We also found it convenient that there was a washing machine. The bed is very soft, but that didn't bother us. We liked it very much and we would always come again if we are in Stavanger / Jørpenland!

The house is lovely and has been renovated with charm. Nils Olav's brother is a great host. We visited the islands, Stavanger and the Preikstilen easily from here. It's a perfect house for a couple and we highly recommend it.

We had a fantastic stay at Sigval! The flat was clean, cosy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great, quiet and at the same time close to everything we wanted to see and do. Sigval was an incredibly nice and helpful host – always available if we had questions, and gave us good tips for the local area. Thank you very much for your hospitality – we will be happy to come back!
