The proximity to two roads is in no way an inconvenience, the place remains very relaxing and quiet, because on a knoll surrounded by a wooded park. This location allows you to enjoy easy access to the beaches but also to the city center of Perpignan. In addition, from the swimming pool area, we enjoy a magnificent view of the Canigou.
