The place is very quiet, and the loft has just been renovated, preserving its rustic and practical character. The property features a ground floor with direct access to the courtyard, including a kitchen, bathroom, and living room, and an open-plan first floor with a queen-size bed. Its location allows you to visit wonderful beaches and tourist towns such as Palamós and Platja d'Aro in a few minutes by car.

The patio house

The property consists of two independent houses on the same plot: the main house, where my granddaughter and I live, and La Casita del Patio, intended exclusively for guests. It has a large dressing room, a fully equipped open space, and two terraces for exclusive use. The pool, barbecue, solarium and patio are shared with my granddaughter and me. In the summer, some of my family may also be there, always respecting the privacy of the guests.
