The accommodation is private; if there are two of you, one bedroom and one bathroom will be available, and the others will be closed. You can pay a surcharge to use more spaces. The place is very quiet, and the loft has just been renovated, preserving its rustic and practical character. The property features a ground floor with direct access to the courtyard, including a kitchen, bathroom, and living room, and an open-plan first floor with a queen-size bed. The patio is great for hanging out a breakfast or dinner in the cool. The pool is shared with us. BARBECUES ARE NOT ALLOWED

Can Martí is a studio, located on the ground floor of our house, with completely independent access. Ideal for couples. It is located in a very quiet area, overlooking "Les Gavarres", where you can spend a few days relaxing on the Costa Brava, where you will feel right at home, as one of our priorities is to respect your privacy. Its location allows you to visit wonderful beaches and tourist towns such as Palamós and Platja d'Aro in a few minutes by car.

The apartment, with its beautiful adjoining and private terrace, is located in the heart of the old village, in a quiet area with its pedestrian streets. It is south-facing and air-conditioned. Within a 5-minute walk, you will find all amenities (town hall, post office, medical center, shops, restaurant). At about 800 m, you will discover, in their green setting, the 2 lakes of Saint Jean Pla de Corts (beach, swimming, water ski lift, tree climbing).

The patio house

The property consists of two independent houses on the same plot: the main house, where my granddaughter and I live, and La Casita del Patio, intended exclusively for guests. It has a large dressing room, a fully equipped open space, and two terraces for exclusive use. The pool, barbecue, solarium and patio are shared with my granddaughter and me. In the summer, some of my family may also be there, always respecting the privacy of the guests.
