Casey is an amazingly good business man! He was extremely communicative, professional, friendly, empathetic and responsive. Literally the ideal host. The location is wildly perfect for a recharging getaway that’s near strip malls. The home is very close to Ventura Rd. and near freeways so relatively quickly to get to destinations. Inside the home, the view over the city is spectacular. The place was roomy and relaxing. There is great space for entertaining and hanging with family. Casey made the stay nice. Would certainly recommend it for anyone considering a stay in LA.

The neighborhood is very cute, peaceful, and centrally located. We walked to a concert at the Hollywood Bowl and it was so much easier than dealing with the crazy parking and traffic at the venue. Enjoyed sitting next to the pool with coffee in the morning looking at the lovely garden and hummingbirds. It’s a great spot and would recommend for anyone visiting the area.

Fantastic stay at the Marvel house!! It was amazing with such great theming, lots to do, great scavenger hunt, and a super host! You must stay here and the grand kids loved the arcade games, heated pool, and movie room,etc…too much to mention….

My girls and I really enjoyed our stay! Very peaceful atmosphere, exactly what we needed & what we were looking for. Only complaints is we couldn’t experience the waterfall (would have made my daughter’s bday even better) & also the pool heater. This prevented us from using the pool at night (water was cold) we would have LOVED using the pool from morning till night to take full advantage of the beautiful pool but like they mentioned, it’s expensive to maintain, so I def understand.

My daughter, husband and I had such an amazing stay! The house was clean, comfortable and the backyard set-up is ideal. Communication with the host was always quick and easy. We can't wait to come back!

Ari’s place is fantastic. I sat out in the patio every morning listening to birds and having coffee. Nice quiet cul de sac. House was exactly as photos represented. Amenities and kitchen and bathrooms were resort level. Great place and I’ll be back! Thanks Ari.

Tamera’s space is perfect! From the moment we arrived in the neighborhood we were in love! The host was kind and responsive, the house was equipped with everything we needed, and the tenants in the front house were extremely nice (getting to meet their cute dogs made our day) The home felt private and we loved sitting outside to enjoy the beautiful yard. We easily felt at home and would absolutely stay again.

This is a beautiful home. Exceptionally clean, spacious, quiet and, for us, perfectly situated. Iveth is very helpful and an excellent communicator. If we come back to Sierra Madre we will try to come back here.

Absolutely beautiful, wonderful home. The large dining room and living room with the piano were wonderful gathering spaces, the kitchen was bright and the gardens! The gardens surrounding the house were absolutely stunning. The home is located in a wonderful, secluded area that is not far from amazing restaurants. We would come back in an instant! Wonderful experience.

Jia and her co-hosts were amazing. We stayed for 2 months while our house was getting remediated. We were nervous about getting a place in time so that we would not have a gap in housing and Jia was so helpful and responsive it put our minds at ease. She also helped us problem solve for some of the things we needed. She truly went above and beyond. I cannot say enough about how grateful we were for this since we were under a lot of stress due to the circumstances. The place itself was awesome. Beautiful and clean, modern and spacious bathrooms. Beds were comfortable and so was the couch. The kitchen had what we needed. The location was super convenient for everything we needed to do. Walkable to restaurants. All in all, we loved the place!

Really enjoyed our stay in Emily’s beautiful place! The location is great - close enough to activities and restaurants and a nice neighborhood for walking. The house is comfy and just like the pictures. She also gave some great recommendations for area restaurants and activities.

This is an exceptionally beautiful neighborhood in Pasadena with many historic homes, including this one. It is a very quiet and peaceful place to stay yet there is ready access to every kind of store, service, and transportation corridor. The house is tastefully and thoughtfully curated and designed in keeping with the style of the 1920s, and the backyard is an oasis for a relaxing afternoon. The beds, television, appliances, wifi, and furniture are of good quality and in good condition. We had very relaxing and enjoyable stay while in town to visit family nearby, and we look forward to returning again!

Our stay was perfect, the outdoor space is amazing. Xun kept in touch throughout making sure our stay went smoothly. There are a few supermarkets and a few eating places within walking distance, we hired a car to further explore LA, overall a great experience

Such a cute, tidy and clean apartment! My two daughters and I stayed here for four nights while we were visiting my sister. We all felt cozy and at home and enjoyed the amenities. It has clearly been renovated with new fixtures and the shower is great. Comfy beds and pretty quiet at night. Would definitely recommend!

Brett’s home was a great stay for a party of 7 spending a week in Los Angeles. The house was clean and comfortable, and the backyard served as a spacious, relaxing area to hang out / grill in with friends. Parking was simple, shopping centers are within walking distance of the house, and food delivery was plentiful. I would highly recommend it if you are looking to stay in Pasadena.

A great stay at a place that was exactly as advertised. The location allowed me to get into LA easily without paying LA prices. It also avoided the traffic going into LA. Space was as shown in the pictures and the instructions provided by Rex made perfect sense and made it easy to come and go. Parking was right outside the unit.

My number one priority is cleanliness, especially having children. 10/10 would recommend this place!

Nice hidden oasis just north of the main part of Monrovia. It’s a quiet neighborhood so you feel like it’s truly a home and not a vacation rental. The towels are super soft, the kitchen has soft closing drawers, and the A/C worked great in both areas. The bed was super comfortable too! Pro Tip: The shower takes a few minutes to heat up. Definitely would stay here again.

Perfect stay for our weekend in Hollywood. Walking distance to all of the clubs we wanted to go to, and So peaceful. The jacuzzi area was SO nice. We could have spent our whole trip out there just enjoying the view. We basically lived out there when we were “home”. Communication was perfect, making our checkin, and our stay, stress free. Would 100% stay again!
