The charming house is conveniently located in the historic part of the village, situated above the lake side road, offering breathtaking views. Due to its location, the apartment is only accessible via STAIRS, and is therefore not suitable for a wheelchair! It is a non-smoking house. Pets are not allowed. NOT SUITED for CHILDREN!

From the terrace on the east side, you can enjoy the morning sun at breakfast and have a wonderful view of the garden with a pond and barbecue area.

These can be easily moved and offer a fantastic view of the Hoher Sarstein and the passing Traun. Free parking with a barrier system is also available. The center of Bad Aussee is within walking distance of a few minutes, and various shops are in the immediate vicinity.
