The center of life (dining area, sofa/TV area and kitchen) is lovingly and cozily furnished. The bedroom with 1.8 x 2 meter double bed is very spacious and has a separate access, as well as the center of life, to the large (18 m²) south balcony. Our sleeping loft is equipped with a high-quality 3-story bed. Your own sauna to feel good.

The apartment has a balcony facing south, from which you have a magnificent view of the Harz forests. The apartment is fully equipped, bright and quiet and also offers a large family plenty of space. In the inner park (car-free) there are small children's playgrounds and lots of greenery. The sounds of the park cannot be heard in the apartment because it faces away from the courtyard. Plenty of parking spaces are provided.
