Modernly furnished and flooded with light, this 3-room apartment awaits the Baltic Sea lover. The apartment was only built in 2024 in a new building, the location is at the southern end of the Alte Strom. This apartment is furnished with elegant and comfortable furniture such as a large sofa and a round teak dining table. From the living room you can access the balcony with a southeast orientation. In 2 bedrooms, up to 4 people can be accommodated comfortably. It is about 1000 m to the beach.

The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the beach (800 m), in the middle of Warnemünde. In a few minutes you can reach the promenade, harbor, train station (ICE) or market. Cafes and shopping are only a few meters away. Stable Wi-Fi (100 MB upload). Die Surfkoje42 {Tiny Edition} in Warnemünde ist die kleine Schwester der großen Surfkoje, die seit über 2 Jahren Gäste aus ganz Europa ostseeglücklich macht. In 3-5 Minuten bist du auch von hier zu Fuß am Strand, am Supermarkt oder im Park. Rostock ist nur wenige Km entfernt. Dieses kleine Raumwunder {genau hinter unserem Surfshop} ist liebevoll und urindividuell eingerichtet und bietet Platz für 2 Erwachsene sowie 2 kleine Kinder {1 Familienbett 180x200 und 1 Ausziehbett 70x160}.

Small, cozy, practical, perfectly located apartment in Warnemünde! Flooded with light, in the attic, looking forward to friends of the Baltic Sea - which is only 70 m away - but still only 4 minutes to the church square, the heart of Warnemünde. Since the couch is also available as a sleeping place, up to 4 people can stay there - but it is optimal for 2 people. For children, I am happy to provide a bed and chair upon request. Dogs are always welcome with me!
