Wake up with a magnificent view of the Mosel

The apartment has a special atmosphere ... a mixture of old and new and the rooms merge into each other. You first enter the dining area and look through the bright living room with the wide view into the Eifel. Two steps down you´re entering the cozy living room with a big sofa an then you´ll find the sleeping area with double bed (160x200cm) and a stable bunk bed for children and adults. Daily breakfast possible in our café/bistro. We also serve lunch and dinner on opening days.

Our cottage is located in a wildly romantic side valley between Hunsrück and Mosel and is only 9 km away from the famous wine village of Zell Mosel. There is a eatery in the Altlay, about 1.5 km away, in the Altlay. Our cottage is surrounded by forest and meadows. The Altlayer Bach flows directly past the house. The picturesque 200-year-old quarry stone building has been renovated in 2022 and features a new bathroom, kitchen, underfloor heating, and open fireplace.

Our little charming witch house is located in Walhausen. A quiet village in the middle of the Hunsrück. Due to its central location an ideal starting point for excursions to the Moselle, the suspension rope bridge Geierlay, Kastellaun, Koblenz or Trier and much more. Frankfurt Hahn Airport is only 16 km away. Shops for daily needs are very close by. The house is lovingly renovated and has a large garden, as well as a spacious terrace with wonderful views.

To the Golden Reh - holiday house.

You'll love my place because it offers outdoor space close to nature, and is largely decorated in the 50s style, the construction time of the house. My place is close to forest and nature trails, the Geierlay suspension rope bridge opened in Mörsdorf in 2015, an animal adventure park in Bell, and the castle town of Kastellaun. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families.
