Elegant Brooklyn-Style-Loft in the Heart of Hamburg

Our loft is located in the rear courtyard of a heritage red clinker brick complex from the 1920s. We have renovated an old light-filled workshop with a lot of love for detail with metal and oak. We offer: - 5 meter high ceilings - Fully-equipped open kitchen - a modern bathroom with Rainshower shower head - a spacious living area. Up in the gallery is a comfortable double bed. Please do not inquire about events, film shoots or the like. Guests have access to the entire loft. We live just minutes away and are happy to assist our guests. Hoheluft-West is in the heart of the city, less than two kilometers from the Schanzenviertel, three kilometers from the Alster and four kilometers from the harbor. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance. Hoheluftbrücke (U3) and Schlump (U2) U-Bahn subway stations are minutes away. Bus 181 stops almost right in front of the building, and buses M4 and M5 stop less than 100 meters away. In the vicinity, you can park almost anywhere on the street. Smoking is not allowed. Smoking outside the front door is okay, but after 10 pm please do not speak loudly because of the neighbors. Definitely do not use the flower pots as ashtrays (someone has already done that...)!

Gustav - cozy, bright and modern

The bright and modern apartment Gustav is located on the 1st floor of a new building from 2016. The connection to the city is very good. On foot you can reach the Langenfelde S-Bahn station in about 4 minutes. From there, an S-Bahn [suburban train] runs every 10 minutes to the city center or the harbor. Duration to the city center (Stadthausbrücke) 16 minutes. On foot you can reach in approx. 8 minutes two shopping opportunities: Penny (8:00 am - 11:00 pm) and REWE City (8:00 am - 12:00 am)

The vacation home is located in the HH-Horn district near the Horner gallop racecourse in a large garden; 1 bedroom and 1 living/bedroom with kitchen pantry, 1 shower/toilet. Right next to the property, the 261 bus runs to the U-Bahn [subway] and then approx. 15 minutes to the harbor or the Alster. A small shopping center with a Netto and Meydan market is a 3-minute walk away. An Ari bakery, 6 minutes away, is also open on Sundays. Aldi and Lidl are within walking distance in 8 minutes.

Within walking distance there are numerous bars and restaurants in the popular trendy district of Sternschanze. Child-friendly neighborhood with playgrounds.

This modern apartment offers 43–47 m² of thoughtfully designed space, featuring two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. It also includes a bathroom, a comfortable living and dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen for your convenience. Maximum capacity: 6 people (double sofa bed for 2 guests) For stays of 7 nights or more, weekly housekeeping is included. Additional cleaning services can be booked at an extra cost. You can enjoy life like Hanseatic merchants in our house from 1907, with all modern amenities. Workplace and Nespresso help with work, the lounge and sofa corner with TV (TV, Netflix) invite you to relax, and for the children there is a play area directly under the roof (with secret hiding place). The spacious penthouse (90 m²) can be reached at any time via a private staircase. Centrally located in the west of Hamburg, you can quickly get to the Elbe and the S-Bahn.

Whether the harbor or the famous Reeperbahn, whether city center or the Hafencity with the Elbphilharmonie - from here everything is perfectly accessible. Great restaurants, cafes, shops and bars can be found directly in the neighbourhood. I put my whole heart in the this lovely place.

In the middle of Hamburg's Altstadt/Börsenviertel District, my beautiful 40 square meter apartment is located on the 3rd floor floor of an old business building. It is extremely quiet in the evening and at night. Good for visitors to Hamburg, privately or on business. Diverse gastronomy and shopping (Neuer Wall, Jungfernstieg, Europa Passage) in the immediate vicinity, a stone's throw from HafenCity, just over a kilometer to the Reeperbahn.
