A central oasis of well-being & green surroundings

The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: the S-Bahn is 8 minutes' walk away and leads directly to the most important sights. The city center and harbor can be reached by car in just 10 minutes. Parking spaces are not on the property, but are available free of charge and for an unlimited time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. Shopping, restaurants, a park, playground and lake are all nearby. We look forward to your visit :-)

Jürgensallee – 2nd floor

The flat is located in the beautiful district of Nienstedten with a nice view into the park, 150m from the Klein Flottbek S-Bahn station. From there you can go directly to Altona station (8 min), to the city centre (20 min) and to the airport (45 min). Cars can usually be parked within walking distance of the house. Many parks (Jenischpark, Westerpark, Botanical Garden, etc.) and the Elbe River are in the immediate vicinity. Shopping facilities are easily accessible.

The bright apartment is located on the 1st floor of a newly renovated old building villa in the charming and family-friendly district of Eimsbüttel. In the vicinity are a variety of cafes, bakeries, restaurants, bars and boutiques. The Eimsbütteler Park directly behind the house also offers a wonderful recreational opportunity in the countryside overlooking the pond. For children, the large playground in the park offers a lot of variety.

In addition to the relaxed bedroom, there is a large work/dining/living room with its own tea/coffee station , which is integrated in the entrance area. A large terrace with seating area offers space for relaxation. NOTE: Entrance is done and kitchen is shared.

We have built our dream house and are happy to welcome you as our guest in it. Sit back and relax in this quiet, stylish space. We went out of our way to make your stay enjoyable. Located in the basement of the house, the studio has a double bed, fitted kitchen, table with 2 comfortable chairs and a private shower room. Outside is a table with chairs to linger in good weather. This unique place has a style all its own. In the house built by the Dutch on the Elbe beach of Blankenese, you can enjoy an overwhelming, so-called steamer view of the passing ships. The sunsets are legendary when you can experience them on the covered south terrace with a glass of champagne. The small fish restaurants next door invite you to linger and relax. Here time stands still.

The courtyard invites you to linger in nice weather and can be shared. Around us are apartment buildings. The suite has a completely separate entrance. It is small, cozy and offers everything you need.
