This spacious, loft-style flat is centrally located between the popular Schanze/Altona districts – right in the heart of the action, yet quietly tucked away in a green courtyard. The bedroom offers a relaxing retreat, while the living/working/dining area with its own tea/coffee station invites you to linger. The large terrace with seating area is a wonderful place to relax. PLEASE NOTE: The entrance area (living/dining area) is passed through when coming and going, and the kitchen is shared.

The property is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: The S-Bahn is within 8 minutes' walking distance and leads directly to the main attractions. The city center and harbor can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. Parking is not available on the property, but is available free of charge and for an unlimited time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. Königstrasse subway station (5 min. walk), the Altona Train Station (10 min. walk) and the Altona Central Bus Station (10 min. walk) all Hamburg destinations are easily reached.

Jürgensallee – 2nd floor

The flat is located in the beautiful district of Nienstedten with a nice view into the park, 150m from the Klein Flottbek S-Bahn station. From there you can go directly to Altona station (8 min), to the city centre (20 min) and to the airport (45 min). Cars can usually be parked within walking distance of the house. Many parks (Jenischpark, Westerpark, Botanical Garden, etc.) and the Elbe River are in the immediate vicinity. Shopping facilities are easily accessible.

Close to Hamburg

We offer accommodation very close to Hamburg. Whether it's a concert or a city tour, relaxing or working - everything around Hamburg is easily accessible from here. The nearest bus is 7 minutes away (without changing about 50 minutes to the city center, 25 to Altona Town Hall). You can leave your car in front of the house at any time. If you want to shop, you'll find everything you need in all directions in a few minutes! There are also plenty of restaurants nearby.

I am an artist, and this is my home. I live here with my child. You are welcome to book this beautiful apartment with very special charm when I am out of the city. If you are arriving with a car, please let me know so I can issue a parking permit for you to park on the streets around the building.
