Ideally located for hiking and cycling. Geierlay suspension rope bridge is only 7 km away. Moselle is about 15 km away. In the village, there is a restaurant, a kebab snack bar and shopping. A gas station, banks, doctors, as well as a pharmacy are also on site.

In addition to the front garden, the property features a paved courtyard and a carport behind the house for two cars; bicycles and motorbikes can also be stored here easily. Firewood for the fireplace is also stored here in a dry place.
