Monthly Rentals in Alturas

I stayed in town for a work-related trip, and Juan and Kathy's place was perfect! My bag was lost at the Reno airport, and they were very communicative and responsive when I told them I wouldn't be checking in until later. The house was also spotless and stocked with any amenity you could ever need. They really are very thoughtful and do everything they can to make sure you have a pleasant stay. I would definitely stay here again!

A short stay on a road trip home from Palm Desert to Vancouver BC. So lucky to have found Kacy’s listing. What an absolutely beautifully decorated home away from home! The special touches were amazing. Loved the decor so very special. You can see how much of herself Kacy invested into the space. Bathroom amenities galore. Absolutely recommend! Loved it. Great place to stay in Alturas with a rustic/industrial feel. Walking distance to local coffee shops and antique shops. A short drive to Modoc National Wildlife Refuge for excellent birding opportunities. Many species of waterfowl, shorebirds, and cranes. Tons of areas to hike, kayak, or paddleboard in the nearby Modoc National Forest. Host is very responsive and helpful.
