Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Alys Beach

It was very enjoyable, the house was clean and ready for us. The deck space was amazing fornus to all get together and enjoy the nice wind coming straight off the water. The master bed was so comfortable that it was a hard choice every morning, either walk stright down to the beach or stay in that lovely bed. I definitely plan to be staying here again.

This place is exactly as advertised inside the unit. Loved it and the host was awesome. Only issue was the construction outside. (There is no more grass area in the back of home) We were told about it a few days prior to arrival. Jeff did give us bikes to use which I was not expecting so I will say that adding the bikes 100% offset the construction issue. I LOVED that they were included!!! I’d rather have the bikes than the grass area in the back. The tram stop was moved so it’s a few houses down now but still VERY close. My main concern was about the clean aspect of the home (since pets are allowed) and we had NO ISSUES! It felt exactly as it was described. Clean bathrooms, clean washer and dryer, clean dishwasher. The location was very nice and jeff responded to all our questions FAST! I would definitely stay here again.

Great place, easy walk to the beach, nothing fancy but quite comfortable with all necessary amenities and fenced backyard.

Had a wonderful time. Kids enjoyed themselves. Anytime I contacted Igor he was quick to respond. Only thing I’d change is the blinds because it is BRIGHT early this time of year!

This house was exactly like the photos. You get exactly what you should expect. It was very clean and had everything you would need for a week’s stay. Huge fridge and the ice maker and beverage fridge was great. Everything was very modern and updated. The pool was so great to have and very clean! We loved the screened in porch for hanging out by the pool or eating lunch and dinner. Super quiet cul de sac and easy access to the beach. The house was extremely quiet and cool, lots of fans and a/c worked amazing. Lots of space for everyone to relax. I think an extra cherry on top would be having beach and pool supplies or be able to rent them from the house owner rather than bringing them down or buying extra. We had a great time and would definitely rent again or recommend to family and friends.

The house was amazing. We loved every minute of it and it had everything we needed. The walk to the beach was short and had a great grocery store at the end of the road very close to an awesome donut place as well. Our host communicated perfectly, and if there were any issues, she was there to help. The neighborhood is up and coming and can’t wait to see what it’s gonna look like in the next six months to a year. Beautiful house would stay again.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Ali and Tommy's cottage. The pool is just steps away from the front door and the kids loved jumping in after a long day at beach. The beach is close, with tow access points. The one to the west does not have a ramp, so we had to walk a little farther to get to the other access point. Ali and Tommy were very responsive and flexible. We enjoyed having the EV charger at the house. Overall, we had a great time and would go back.

We loved staying at this beach house. It's beautiful and in a great location to a lot of the shops and restaurants we love. The beach was so close too! Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean, spacious, and just what we needed for a weeks long get away. It was a nice walk to local beach access, and we felt like it was just far enough outside of the “city” to be a peaceful and low key vacation. The neighborhood was tidy and well maintained. We enjoyed the pool on our days off of the beach & our mornings spent on the screened in porch.

Kalind and Stephanie’s place was perfect for our small family vacation! We picked it out because of the baby gear and we were really happy that it came with everything — a changing table, pack and play, baby gates, and high chair! The beach stuff they provided was really helpful too. We didn’t end up using the bike since our kids are too little, but the location was great (walkable to some good restaurants) and super easy to drive to the beach public access. The host Kalind went above and beyond — the washing machine was having issues and since it couldn’t be replaced during our stay, they picked up our laundry and paid for it to be washed and returned to us, as well as provided fresh towels!

We had a great weekend at Yana’s! The apartment was absolutely beautiful. Everything is updated and clean. The beds are wonderful and the bedding and towels are very nice. The view of the lake is amazing and the area is peaceful. We were able to get to either PCB or 30A area within minutes. We enjoyed the privacy and being away from the main PCB traffic but still having restaurant and beach options. Great stay!

Gorgeous property just steps from the beach! Very responsive host who allowed us to stay last minute and check in early. All the beach accessories you could need! The lovely deck overlooking the ocean was fabulous. Wish we would’ve booked this place sooner!

We loved this place! The house is beautiful and exactly like the photos. The pool was fantastic and the backyard is so private. The house has plenty of towels, dishes and cookware. Each room has ceiling fans and extra fans if you needed. Plenty of seating for the whole family. We loved this side of PC too. So quiet and nothing but families. The walk to the beach is very quick and not crowded at all. I also really liked that they have things in the shed we could use too, like extra chairs and a wagon. Publix, Aldi and CVS are all just a 5 minute drive away. 10/10 - definitely a place we’d stay again!

Beautiful stay. Bring or get your own laundry detergent because you will be expected to clean towels with the pods they provide. Limited number of garbage bags as well. However, it was a lovely home and perfect for our vacation. Would love to come back.

We loved staying here! Such a lovely home w great furnishings and decor. Everything was clean, new & updated. Kitchen fully stocked, bath & laundry too, w all the toiletries & detergents, paper towels and TP. Back area was nicely fenced in and we loved the hot tub that we used every day! The pool was a 2 min walk away and was clean and nicely kept. We rode our bikes to Rosemary beach daily and our boys loved the golf cart ride to 30 Ave and the beach. Kelly was a great host, super responsive and kind. We will absolutely be back. Great experience!

In town for Gulf Coast Jam and celebration of mother in laws 89th birthday. The house was absolutely beautiful. We stay in Airbnb units many times a year for work and this was above and beyond the best and most accurately described.

Four adults and two kids and we had plenty of room. So glad we got the golf cart for the week as it made beach days easy and we even used it to go to big chill across the street. Great location with easy access to food places and beach.

Excellent location for Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Three Bikes and excellent beach chairs. Layout for families is excellent. Staff and owner very responsive with requests. Last day we had an issue with water pressure upstairs but not sure what occurred to diminish the water in pressure. Otherwise an excellent place to stay. Nice to be able to view the ocean from the upstairs floors.

My wife and I both enjoyed our stay at the carriage house was just what we needed for a relaxing weekend 30A. The beach access was a short walk down the road and there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Overall a quaint, quiet, and great location to have a care free vacation.

My daughter and i had a wonderful time! She has never seen the Gulf. We live on the Atlantic side north of St Augustine. She enjoyed swimming in the big salt water lake of the gulf side. Amazing restaurants and food with great shopping too! Awesome visit! Jeanette

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sand Dollar! The location cannot be beat--right on the ocean and within walking distance to a lot of things. The chair and umbrella service included makes things super convenient. I recommend this!!

I want our family vacation to be something that each one of us will always remember. We definitely had the best time ever! ❤️ It was worth the investment in our time and money! The house is up-to-date and beautifully decorated. It’s also very comfortable, exciting and felt very blessed to be a part of. When planning your vacation, carefully look at all the pictures and read the descriptions. You will not be disappointed. You will get everything as promised plus some. It’s just a few steps to the beach, so you will go several times throughout the day. Most amazing view ever. Did not plan on doing a cookout, but could not resist trying out the grill. The large Patio overlooks the ocean and beach. Patio furniture is very comfortable and plenty of space for everyone. No need to go grocery shopping. Used Publix twice and it was delivered less than an hour or so. No worries about entertaining everyone. The house and the area provides something for everyone! an hour or so. tak

Location 20/10 - low key, private beach and cute little shops nearby make this location amazing! Easy access to Watersound via short walk on the beach and Seagrove/Seaside were a quick ride away. We loved how close this was to everything, yet our beach was never crowded - at times we were the only ones out. The public beach is next door and it was crowded at times. Beach chairs are available for rent. Rachel was very responsive to questions I had even prior to booking. She checked in on us during our stay and offered helpful suggestions. The townhome itself is smaller than I anticipated. However, it was perfect for my family of 3. The decor is nice and neutral but could use some updating as some of the furniture was well loved and appliances on the older side. I was initially concerned as a recent reviewer mentioned a musty smell, but we honestly didn't notice anything off-putting (and I am sensitive to smells). The dual balconies were lovely. Would definitely stay here again!
