Very close to the monastery of La Murta founded in the year 1400, where you can enjoy the hiking trails of Alzira. Very close to the golf courses of La Galiana and del Saler. As well as quick access to the Ap7, via that crosses the entire Valencian coast. With a prime climatology for its proximity to the sea and mountain.

Large living-dining room with 40'TV Smart tv and cheslong sofa, table for 10 people. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster and American fridge, 8 kg washing machine, folding clothesline, iron and board. 3 bedrooms one with walk-in closet. 2 bathrooms, one complete with shower. AA in a room and 2 portable foot fans.

An ideal place to rest from the routine in this unique and relaxing accommodation. Close to Valencia for visits and close to the most beautiful beaches (Cullera, Xeraco, Tavernes). A very quiet place, with nice decoration and a large 25 m2 terrace. Close to the sea and the mountain, and if you feel like it, you can take a refreshing dip in the pool. The apartment is also close to the mall, where you can do your shopping or just take a walk.

Lovely weeks stay, really enjoyed being surrounded by the orange trees and two buildings worked really well for us with a beautiful patio in between where we had all of our meals! Very tidy and nice bedding etc, generally great facilities with some useful herbs/spices etc, only downside which we didn’t expect if you can hear the traffic from the road unfortunately but overall still peaceful and pool good for cooling down!

Carls Apartment is in the perfect spot to explore Valencia. We worked remotely a couple of days and basically spent the whole day on the terrace! The sunroof is perfect to give you a nice cosy spot to work while having a great view. The apartment was also very clean and it was really easy to communicate with Carl. Can recommend!

We rented this beautiful country house near Cullera for meditation retreat, and it was absolutely perfect. The peaceful setting, crystal-clear pool, and breathtaking mountain views created the ideal environment for rest and reflection. We held group meditations, walked in the gardens, shared a delicious meal, found quiet spaces for journaling and relaxed on the outdoor couch, soaking in the calm. The kitchen provided all we needed to enjoy delicious meals. Arturo was wonderful—kind, communicative, and supportive throughout the planning. Everyone in our group left feeling refreshed and already talking about coming back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a serene escape!

Very nice terrace apartment where we spent the whole month of May. The accommodation is impeccable, modern, very well located and well equipped. It is at the foot of the beautiful San Antonio de Cullera beach and the view from the terrace is superb. Eduardo was very responsive and responded positively to our personal requirements (filter coffee maker and kettle). The bathroom is small but functional and the accommodation as a whole is perfect for 2 people. Good value for money, although a little expensive compared to local agencies because despite the very nice renovation, the apartment remains noisy (building from the 60s-70s). We have been loyal to Cullera for 25 years and this is the first time in such a beautiful apartment 🤩

We had a very nice stay for five nights in Maria Jose La Moma apartment. The studio room was clean, tidy, well decorated, with equipped kitchen and all little details suitable for long stay. The house is located in quiet alley close to the plaza del Mercat, the castle and the historical center of the city. Maria Jose was very attentive, friendly, and available to our needs. We had a great time and would gladly return to her place. Thank you Maria Jose!!! Absolutely recommended!!!
