Vita Nova is a newly renovated carriage house that has vintage charm with a modern feel. It is detached from the main bungalow, which was built in 1922 in the heart of Jax. Upstairs bungalow located above garage. Private and quiet surroundings located in downtown St. Marys. Walk to shopping and dining. Very close proximity to Cumberland Island ferry. Original photos show the kitchen without a stove we have recently renovated the kitchen adding a stove to make cooking easier for guests.
