Villa holiday rentals in Amelia Island

Absolutely loved this place! Very spacious, lovely views, and very close to EVERYTHING! Our host was very responsive, and helped us out with everything we needed during our stay. We would absolutely return with no hesitation!

This was a last minute trip (booked the night before), but could not have worked out any better! Home is so tastefully decorated and very comfortable. It has a beautiful view of the marsh and the bird feeders outback attracted lots and lots of cardinals. Drummond Park was a super close walk from the home and was great to walk and watch sunset - also has two pickleball courts and bocce! The villas location in the Plantation was ideal as it was super easy to get in and out; surrounding by very nice single family homes.

We were very happy with this home in a quiet neighborhood in Fernandina Beach. Check in was easy with a keyless front door and directions were clear. The home was comfortable with a large smart TV, a nice king bed (and others we didn’t need) and parking by the front door. The location was beautiful with lush foliage and was a short walk to the beach. It was a great stay that we are happy to recommend.

The place was nice, view was spectacular, loved the open balcony area and the beach and pool access. The location was isolated from restaurants and things to do. Very peaceful if you are looking to stay in the condo or on the beach; a bit of noise from the condo above. Would have been nice to have a bit more paper goods and soap/shampoo. Also would like to have had chairs to take to the beach and maybe a raft or tube to use. Shower pressure in all bathrooms was a trickle, hard to figure out hot and cold and the hot water didn’t last long. Beds were comfortable with a choice of pillows. Family area was great with plenty of room for 6 adults to watch tv or the ocean. We enjoyed our time fishing and hanging out in Fernandina for dinner and nightlife.

This was a very beautiful place to stay in. It was right on the beach and access was simply out the back porch. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary items, even aluminum foil and sandwich bags for our shark teeth finds! The area was very secluded yet close to restaurants. I also loved the decor in this place and the comfy beds and nice bathrooms. All the rooms were very spacious.

Our family had a fantastic stay! To us, it was like a home away from home. Very clean and has everything our family need! John is a wonderful host. Super responsive and instruction provided was clear and precise. We come to TPC Sawgrass often and would like to stay again!

The house was perfect for our family. We were in town for the wedding of our youngest son and needed to house our other three children, their spouses, six grandkids and a brother in law. Everyone had their own space. The house is beautiful, the neighborhood is safe and quiet, and the back yard opens up to water with kayaks available. Our host, Gene, was flexible and responsive to all our needs. I highly recommend this property to anyone planning a large family gathering!

This condo has a beautiful view and is true to its posted pictures. Well stocked kitchen and laundry room. This condo makes going back and forth to the beach easy. Windsong is a private, peaceful area -perfect for adults wanting to relax.

We booked this villa last-minute after a cancellation, and it ended up being the perfect escape! Curtis was an incredible host—kind, welcoming, and attentive from the moment we arrived. The property is absolutely beautiful and thoughtfully equipped. We enjoyed the sparkling pool, relaxing hot tub, inside a giant screened in porch! The fun game room, and the outdoor kitchen was a standout, complete with a wood-fired pizza oven, smoker, oyster bar, and gas grill. Evenings by the fire pit (with firewood provided!) were unforgettable. The poolside bathroom felt like a spa, with a massive shower, two toilets, and a second washer/dryer…super convenient. The master suite was spacious and luxurious, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, including 2 coffee makers, an air fryer. There’s plenty of parking and the gated property made us feel safe and private. Whether you’re relaxing or reconnecting, this place has it all. We truly didn’t want to leave and already ready to rebook!

The condo was absolutely perfect for our family. We had everything we needed neatly labeled in every room of the house. The kitchen was fully equipped. My favorite part was finding a bonus closet with every thing needed for the beach and of great quality-chairs and body boards. We are so appreciative of the care that went into our stay. We will definitely stay here again.

This was a perfect location for our family. We have young kids and this place was close to the pool and beach. It was clean, and had everything we needed.

We really enjoyed our stay, and will definitely be back again. The living room and bedrooms were quite spacious. The kitchen had all modern appliances and really nice high quality eatery and glasses, better than you'd find in 95% of comparable accomodations. Also, they had beach chairs and beach towels you could use, and the place was stocked with paper towels, TP, and even some dishwasher tablets and laundry tablets so you didn't have to rush out and find a store right away for basic necessities. They thought of everything! Also the Moore Amelia Island folks were super responsive to anything we needed or had a question about, and went out of their way to make sure we had a pleasant stay. We would highly recommend!

We had a great trip and enjoyed how well taken care of the room was. The full kitchen came in handy with kids! It was so convenient to the pool and beach, that it made all the difference for us with kids aged 1 to 6. Made enjoying the sand and all the quick trips back to the room simple. Very uncrowded beach, with many similarly aged families. After long beach days, it was great to get back to the room that felt comfortable like home. We were a short drive to groceries, restaurants, free playgrounds, and downtown activities! We couldn’t have been happier!

My family enjoyed our stay. This was a beautiful home and the kids really enjoyed the pool. Everything was clean. We will definitely stay again

Marci’s club villa was perfect for our out of town family and friends for Thanksgiving week. It had a great location on Amelia Island Plantation, was very clean and had an organized, well-stocked kitchen. We would definitely stay again.
