Gabriella was very responsive when we got there the porch light had burned out and the unit was hard to find she was there by the next afternoon to have the light replaced. Very nice hostess.

Lovely unit with beautiful ocean views from master bedroom and balcony, where we spent most evenings after a walk on the beach. Literally steps to the ocean! Clean, comfortably and attractively furnished, even better than the pictures. Kitchen was well stocked with basics. Good communication by Vacasa Florida. The unit’s building was a little hard to find at first but it’s located among tree lined streets in a quiet, charming area. We would highly recommend and won’t hesitate to rebook when in the area. Great experience!

Clean and responsive — very close to beach. We didn’t go into Downtown as we were there for the Ocean. Loved the beach gear !

Spacious, comfortable, immaculate and well stocked with many incidentals that allow their guests to comfortably manage being away from home. Tongila and Ted are thoughtful and attentive hosts and I feel grateful for my time in their home. Thank you both for being so welcoming!

This was absolutely perfect for us, we loved the short walk to the beach, and lack of heavy traffic was a bonus. The owner was very responsive and the place is as advertised. The community pool (not heated) was practically in the back yard of this unit. We had never been to Amelia and loved the area!

Surrounded by water views, our family loved this unit. We used the Beach Club Pool and Tennis courts. We will definitely book this unit again.

I love this place, second trip through the area. Always try to stay here. Peaceful. Sunsets on the marshwalk across the street are a gift. St. Mary’s is a unique spot on the southern east coast.

We really enjoyed our stay at Jada's home. Easy check in and check out. She was also quick to respond or keep us up to date on any issues. The home was spotless, had great amenities, and made our stay enjoyable. It's definitely what me and my family needed as we were visiting the area.

The property was exactly as described there was a small hiccup with cleaning on arrival. But Tomas, corrected it immediately and made it right, he was an outstanding host. This property is set up for pet friendly, and I did not realize that on booking, totally my fault for not reading that clearly. If you are traveling with a pet this property is ideal.

Place was well decorated with essentially all the amenities. The kitchen appliances were all new although sometimes confusing for us seniors. Fortunately, I have the same TVs. Well located two blocks from the beach. While you can walk to the beach, best to have a car to get to the many restaurants and other attractions that are not walking distance (although there is a great restaurant across the street). I would definitely stay there again.

David’s place was great! My wife, son and I were looking to stay in the Jacksonville Beach area and this rental did not disappoint. It is only a few short footsteps from beach access and the rear balcony provided an amazing view directly over the beach & ocean. We also found the beach area in front of the building seemed to have a lot less crowd activity than other areas down the beach near larger condo buildings.

Great location, nice setup. 25 minutes from the beach & 25 minutes from all the stadiums & arenas. We came with dogs & the fenced in yard was convenient (though it does need a little TLC & cleanup). Hot tub was a plus.

Beautifully decorated, clean and comfy. The view is amazing! Short walk to the beach and pool. Close to nice shops and great restaurants. Responsive host. Loved the cute detail of a welcome note with delicious local chocolate. Would definitely recommend and come back!

Great place! Appreciated how well stocked the home was with towels, beach towels, trash bags, detergent and such. Super comfy couch and high quality linens. Liked the enclosed back patio to store beach stuff and hose sand off. Beach access right down street and nice pool to enjoy. Would 100% stay here again!

Easy to find & extremely easy check-in. The house was very clean & everyone slept comfortably. The beach was a very short walk away. I walked with my toddler & felt safe doing so. The owner was very responsive during our stay & the location was extremely convenient. This was our first trip to Jacksonville & will definitely not be our last. We would absolutely stay here again.

This was my second time staying at Jeanne’s place, and just as wonderful a stay as the first visit! For the price, it can’t be beat in terms of proximity to the beach. Great area, lovely little apartment that is cozy and very clean. Having my pups with me is a must. Hosts are super communicative and easy to work with. Excellent Airbnb. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Sally’s place! The walk to the beach was easy, just one block! It was also a super short drive from anywhere else we wanted to go. The place was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable which is always a plus! We hope to be back soon 🙂

This was a great couple's getaway location!! Easy walk to the beach with provided beach cart and chairs. The unit was comfortable and very clean. It was very quiet and felt very private. Great deal for the location!! Easy walk to the beach and other things such as shopping and food. We would stay here again!

This townhome was modern, spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing few days at the beach. Beautifully appointed and comfy beds, great amenities, personal touches - they thought of everything. Only a couple blocks walk from the “quieter” end of the beach, but still only a walk to restaurants and close to downtown. Streets weren’t busy. Beach chairs, towels, toys, even transport to make it easy. Beautiful beach, enjoyed early morning wanders and searching for sharks teeth. We hope to be back and highly recommend!

Our family had the sweetest time at this house! From the beautiful details on the inside of the home to being able to easily walk to the beach, stores and restaurants - it was the perfect getaway. Thankful for the space they have created!
