House holiday rentals in Amelia Island

We had the best trip! The house was perfect for our family and the beach was easily accessible. The beach items on hand were an added bonus for our kiddos. The pool was a nice treat in the mornings and after a day on the beach. The large bunk beds were also a highlight of the house. The cleanliness of the house was superb! We will definitely book again!

The house is comfortable. 8 adults stayed here and we never felt crowded. We enjoyed the bar area and coffee bar. The pool was fun. We used the wagon and beach towels. Linens were nice and beds comfortable.

My family and I truly enjoyed ourselves. Everything was as advertised and the grandkids loved the pool. The house was in a great location and close to stores, entertainment and food spots. We will definitely love to stay here again Don't hesitate, go ahead and book your next vacation why Peter!

Can’t say enough good things about this Airbnb, very fun and bright house fully equipped with everything we needed and more. Excellent location. Host was very helpful, responsive, and accommodating. Backyard is a little paradise that my family loved. Roomy interior, comfy beds, nice sectional couch for lounging. Kitchen has everything you could need to cook, and a nice Weber grill out back. We hope to stay here again!

5 Stars – Wonderful Stay! Yuriy was a fantastic host—very attentive and quick to respond to any questions I had, which made our stay smooth and enjoyable. The home was extremely clean, comfortable, and felt just like home from the moment we arrived. My family and I especially loved the pool—it was a highlight of our trip! We had a great time and will definitely be booking this rental again for future visits to Jacksonville. Highly recommend!

Her home was exactly like the pictures. Everything was clean and well maintained. Lots of little extras like beach chairs, pool toys, games and coffee. Hosts were responsive and kind. Highly recommend this place.

This place was perfect for our family vacation. The home was beautiful, close to the beach and close to town. The beds were so comfortable!

10/10 stay — would 100% stay again! I had flight delays and needed to push back my check-in and check-out date by a day and Jason and Erin were so accommodating and communicative. The house was even more gorgeous in person and extremely clean. Had everything we could've needed and more including beach gear. The pool was absolutely ideal & the beach was so close! Very clear instructions. Check-out procedures were a breeze. Thank you both!

We absolutely loved our stay at Ashley’s place! It was spotless, beautifully decorated with the cutest boho vibes, and had everything we needed for a relaxing beach getaway. Ashley went above and beyond, she gave us great restaurant recommendations and tips on fun things to do in the area. She even provided beach chairs, toys, and other thoughtful extras that made our trip so easy and enjoyable. And the location? Unbeatable. You literally step outside and you’re right on the beach. We can’t wait to come back!

The house was very clean and comfortable, with 3 bedrooms (2 with bathrooms) and a separate full bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, silverware and dishes. The kitchen and family room area was very open and inviting, with a table and chairs, comfortable for a family meal. The backyard is fenced in and convenient for a dog to run around and do her business. There were working TVs in the bedrooms and family room, and the bar-b-q grill worked well. We would definitely recommend this rental during your stay on Amelia Island.

Perfect house ! Loved everything about it. Especially Loved the grassy lawn where the kids could pass the soccer ball. Stunning views. Also loved the massive back gated deck. Great for the pups to hang

This is the perfect relaxing location when visiting Amelia Island. The beach is right down the road and access to downtown is quick and easy. We really enjoyed all of the geese and turtles that visited us in the backyard and the neighbors were welcoming and polite. Everything we needed for the stay was provided and exactly as described. They even provide extra beach chairs and a beach wagon, which we found helpful. Highly recommended!

This place was almost better than the photos, we loved having the pool in the back yard for daily swims. Everything is beautiful inside and out. 10/10 would recommend and would definitely stay again!!

We were there for work so space was perfect. We traveled during the day and collapsed at night. There were dolphins and wildlife in the intercoastal waterway but you need your own boat to experience the shoreline. No boat rental. For a family expect to have to drive to get what you need as there is nothing in walking distance. For our purpose the site was quiet with great common areas to set up shop. It could be much more fun if they had boat rental as you could really travel to St. Mary’s or other locations for activities, fishing, and sight seeing. St. Mary’s is very nice but not a vacation destination more a family community. If I wanted to be on the intercoastal but somewhat secluded then this would work. End of a culdesac with families on either side the street is very quiet with coastal vegetation serving as a buffer from other homes.

This was perfect for our girls weekend away! Super comfortable space and great location!

Daniel’s place was amazing! Its proximity to the beach makes this place well worth it. Just a 5 minute drive to great restaurants, bars, and shops. We loved the fenced in backyard area for our dog and took many walks on the beach. I would highly recommend staying here!

This house was everything you could hope for! The beds alone were a dream to sleep in, we were amazed how comfy they were. The host put so much thought and detail into everything, such as the labels, the towels, the wood for the fire or the recommendations of restaurants and nightlife. We were celebrating a birthday and the pool was the icing on the cake! 10/10 experience, thank you so much!!!

The Cozy Crab is one of the most well-thought-out and relaxing places we’ve ever stayed. It felt more like a custom-built outdoor lifestyle lodge than a vacation rental — everything was spot-on for our little family. We enjoyed it so much we never even made it to the beach. Instead, we spent our last evening fishing together on the dock. The wildlife is abundant. We were greeted upon arrival by a welcoming committee of manatees, clearly long-term fans of the property . Dropped the provided crab trap (aka Hotel California) and scored multiple crabs. Caught a mix of catfish, bonnethead sharks, a ray, and even a small hammerhead. Also spotted redfish, sheepshead, and a few other mystery fins. Also seen: squirrels, turtles, lizards, birds, and so many other critters we lost count. This place-is paradise. Ashley was a phenomenal host.

Second stay and won’t be our last! Lovely place to stay in an area with so much to enjoy.
