Very clean and cozy. And the neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Next to the river side, 5min walk from bus terminal, 30min walk to the city cruise. You can also cook some simple food there. Nicole is also very responsive and kind. Would love to come back if stay Niagara fall again.

This is a beautiful home! It didn’t show up in my initial search for a place near Niagara Falls because I had filtered for two bathrooms. When I couldn’t find anything I really liked, I removed that filter—and I’m so glad I did! I instantly fell in love with this property. It’s such a lovely home that deserves not to be missed. The neighborhood is quiet, clean, safe, and very convenient—about a 30-minute drive to the falls. The home itself is updated and thoughtfully presented. It was perfect for our group of four. The host’s attention to detail made our stay extra comfortable. We truly enjoyed our time here!

This house was very nice with plenty of space for our family of 4 - could have easily fit 8 people pretty comfortably. House was certainly an old home that came with some quirks, but was nicely renovated and fully stocked with helpful items, kitchen was very nice with great quality appliances. Backyard was a great little oasis with a cool spot to relax, grill and eat an outdoor dinner. 25 mins to Niagara Falls, which was our main reason for visiting the Buffalo area. Host was responsive and helpful. The location is on a fairly busy road which was good and bad. A decent amount of constant vehicular traffic, but also very easy to get to places. Would recommend this house for a large family or a couple small families looking to visit the Buffalo/Niagara area.

Very cute and family friendly stay, would recommend this place for anyone visiting Buffalo, house is clean and had everything you need nice and ready. Hosts were great and had good communication. 10/10 will come back when back in town again.

This place was great! It was only 30 minutes away from Niagara Falls and was close to grocery stores and shops. It was very clean and instructions were clear.

We picked this airbnb mostly for location because our sister lives in the area and we needed a place for 3 families to gather while not at her house. We absolutely loved the basement, the games, big tv, etc. there was stuff for all to do during our down time. The best part though was the comfortable beds, in my humble opinion the beds make or break an airbnb experience. We get alot of these throughout the year, and a good quality bed is amazing, which this place had for each room. Overall great experience, would 100% rent this again, thanks!

Liz was great and easy to deal with. We didn’t have any issues except the dry didn’t turn on but Liz quickly sent someone to take the laundry out for drying. Was perfect! We had 9 people staying and we felt it was very roomy and everyone had their space. Driveway was spacious too.

Gorgeous place in a safe neighborhood. The space was huge, great value. Well kept, and loved how there was a tv in every room. The host did an amazing job and created a very thorough binder of all amenities, local suggestions and attractions. Check out instructions were very clear and easy. Everything was perfect, but my only complaint was the upstairs neighbours were very loud and could be heard very clearly while we were trying to sleep. Aside from that our stay was incredible

We enjoyed staying here and will be back again!

We had a fantastic stay at Audrey & Nick’s place! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. We were in town to see family, and this was the perfect home base. The space was even better than expected—beautifully maintained and in a great location. Audrey & Nick were wonderful hosts—responsive, thoughtful, and easy to communicate with. We’ll definitely want to stay here again on our next visit. Highly recommended!

A nice and affordable place, with a kind and respectful host. My friends and I were able to have peaceful evenings after our days in Buffalo, thanks to our gracious host. Honestly, best part of the place for me was the shower lol. Great water pressure with very soft water, all three of us were amazed. If I find myself in Buffalo again, I 100% would book this place a second time.

Amazing place!!! Great location to buffalo and Niagara Falls. Justin was a great host and provided all the amenities. The place looked just like the pictures and felt cozy and comfortable. I especially loved the touch of adding games like dominoes,UNO, jenga and more for us to play. Very sweet touch that made our stay memorable.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The space was clean, cozy, and just as pictured. The bed was very comfortable, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. My wife and I stayed at The Eugene for a couple nights on our trip to Niagara Falls. This is a great little spot just outside of town. Close enough to be a 5 minute drive from the falls, but far enough to where you weren’t in the craziness of the downtown area.

Michael was very helpful and responsive while we stayed at his place. If we come back we will be booking same place if we stay via Airbnb and if his place is available .

I enjoyed my stay here! The place was clean and pleasant. The bed was comfortable. There’s a private parking lot in the back for guests which was very nice so I didn’t have to park in the street. I would stay here again!

The apartment is conveniently located just minutes from the Falls, but away from all the main traffic and congestion. It was fantastic and made it easy to do all the things we planned. There were lots of other AirBnbers in the area and the community felt incredibly safe, well kept, and easily accessible. This is a great choice.
