From the hallway of the apartment, the doors to the basement rooms/heating system go off. The hallway must therefore not be locked.

Herrenberg has very good connections to Stuttgart and Tübingen. A nature park with a variety of leisure activities begins right near the property. My place is very suitable for couples or families with kids, but solo travelers are also welcome.
