From the property there are stunning views over the "whole" Drammen. The home is located in a new residential area, it is quiet and quiet and without annoying through traffic. The villa is located on idyllic Husøy, outside of Tønsberg. Husøy is an island with about 1000 inhabitants. On our island we have a golf course, several swimming beaches, football field and a beautiful coastal path. Closest beach about 350 meters from the house has jetty, beach, playground and volleyball field. Here is also Ole3 which is a ferry that goes to Husvik. This is free and you can bring bikes on the boat. The nearest food shop is about 1 km from the house. It is 10 min from Tønsberg and Tønsberg pier with car.

The house is only 15 min walk from USN and FTO. 5 min drive up to Kongsberg Ski Center. Very nice view to the ski center. It is eight minutes to drive to start of the alpine lift, and twenty minutes if you want to drive up the mountain.
