Holiday rentals with breakfast in Amsterdam

Jochem's place is, as others have said, whimsical and creative. He is the ultimate host, very generous with snacks, groceries, coffee, and wine (thank you!). It is clear that he has worked hard to create a unique environment. Here is our list of pros and cons: Pros: Communicative, responsive, kind and generous host Great, safe location - we walked everywhere in this beautiful city Very well stocked fridge, a bottle of wine as a welcome Great shower Nice, big bed Washer and dryer Cons: While Jochem has created nice "mood" lighting, it was somewhat dark for us, and particularly for a woman trying to put on makeup, fix hair, etc. There was absolutely no storage for our clothing, and being on a long trip, it was a challenge living out of suitcases on the floor. The toilet room sink is very tiny with only cold water, and we had to use the kitchen sink to wash up and brush our teeth. I could barely walk around the bed as it takes up most of the bedroom.

Had a great stay! Enjoyed the accommodation and a delicious breakfast. Super nice that we were allowed to borrow the bikes. The accommodation is very central, there is plenty to do in the area. Thanks again 🥂

Wonderful stay in the beautiful Betuwe. Beautiful location and you can do many things if you like nature. In addition, you are in a central place and you are quickly in Utrecht or Den bosch if you want to look up the city.

The accommodation and the host are awesome! Lisette is the greatest hostess you can imagine. We had a varied breakfast with, for example, homemade bread, yogurt and eggs. It was beautifully prepared in an extra room. Communication with Lisette was quick and straightforward. The place was clean and nicely decorated. It is a great starting point to go to Delft, The Hague or the sea (we were at Monster Beach). The weather was not so great, but we were able to read a lot in the cozy living room 🤓 The three days were pure relaxation! Thank you!

Beautiful accommodation is centrally located in Volendam. Amsterdam is easily accessible by bus in 25 minutes. The host is super accessible and responds quickly.

We had a wonderful stay at José's. She was flexible and very welcoming. The accommodation is very nice, very bright. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is delicious and hearty. And finally, the setting is exceptional: Vianen is a great place. I highly recommend you to visit Vianen and stay at José's!

We were allowed to use the wonderful accommodation of Nittert & family for four nights - we would have preferred not to leave. What a lucky strike: from the loving, detailed furnishings of all the rooms, to the large, perfectly equipped kitchen and the comfortable living room, to the well-maintained, lushly planted garden, where you could sit and read in peace... Such a kind of hospitality is not a matter of course. We were happy and grateful and very enthusiastic :-) We'd be happy to come back anytime!

Judith was an awesome host! She helped us to settle in and was very helpful during our stay! The house was very clean and very cozy, the only point of attention was the floor was very noisy but nothing that was too uncomfortable

We had an unforgettable holiday in Scheveningen. At first, the apartment is really much bigger than it looks on the photos. Check-in was straightforward and the staff was super friendly. The view over the harbor is really nice. There are many very tasty restaurants there and also a Jumbo supermarket is within walking distance. Bus 28 can be reached within 5 minutes on foot. With this bus you can take both the city and the main train station in about 20 minutes. The buses also run very often and for a long time. After a slightly further walk, you can reach the pier of Scheveningen within 10 minutes by bus 22. However, you do not have to take the bus, because the Zuiderstrand is also within a 10-minute walk from the apartment. This beach is quieter than the beach at the pier, which we enjoyed very much. We would come back any time and want to thank BizStay again on this way for the great service.

Judy is a fabulous bed and breakfast host! She was attentive, punctual, and thoughtful. She went above and beyond any bnb experience I have ever had. I highly recommend this place for the hostess with the hostess as well as the location.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean and comfortable. The host was responsive, and made sure instructions were clear. The location was convenient and quiet, with easy access to shops and restaurants. It felt like a home away from home. I recommend this spot and would definitely stay here again. Overall, very good experience all around!

We stayed for a couple of nights while exploring Rotterdam, and this was perfect for our stay! Lance was clear with his communication, the place was easy to find and a breeze to get into. Would recommend.

We loved our time in this artsy, welcoming and charming little spot! Lex and Sylvie were very responsive and helpful, checking in and also leaving some great nibbles in the kitchen (fruit, juice, yogurt, cheese, jam, butter and much more!) They also gave us a heads up about the Utrecht Pride event, which is not to be missed if you can be there for it. The boat parade goes right down the lovely canal right outside the door. We loved walking around the neighborhood, with great restaurants and bakeries. The apartment was the perfect space for our two adults and one teen and we took advantage of sitting out front along the canal every single day. It’s an older building and you can hear the floorboards upstairs but it was never an issue for sleeping because Lex and Sylvie didn’t seem to be night owls. I would love to come back someday!

It was a really great vacation! The apartment is centrally located right on the village square above the bakery overlooking the best ice cream parlor in the Netherlands, beautiful dunes and the path to the beach. In the morning, an excellent breakfast is delivered to the hallway and then the (beach) day can also start. We were able to park our beach gear right downstairs in the entrance and could also use the washing machine, that was great. In the apartment we found it very comfortably furnished, there was nothing missing and it was also clean. The only thing we imagined differently was the volume of fans from the bakery in the children's room and on the patio, especially with the window open in summer. But if you have a deep sleep, it won't disturb you. We will be happy to come back! Thank you!

Margor and Steven are nice and attentive, they give us a lot of helpful information about the area. The location is near the Zaandam train station and convenient when travelling to Amsterdam city centre. A very nice and cosy place to stay in NL.

We felt very comfortable with Sharon and Djurre from the beginning. They are particularly friendly and approachable hosts and are helpful in every way and open to questions. The apartment is fully equipped and very comfortable due to a generous interior design. Every morning, Sharon prepared a lavish and very varied breakfast that we very much enjoyed. The location of the apartment is very convenient: You can easily and quickly reach many interesting places and tourist attractions from here. In short, we can warmly recommend the place to everyone. We had a nice visit there we just wanted a place to sleep because we had to catch a flight. Rob is a nice guy he offered us breakfast as well but we had no time!

Elly and Simon's place was perfect for our 4 night stay. So nice to have a private little outside sitting area looking over the fields. Having the bikes was marvelous, we cycled to the beach through the forest (get Elly to give you directions) and stopped in the local towns for cafes, a fabulous lady day of the Keukenhof season, just a few minutes away by bike. We cycled along the peaceful, safe canal path to the Hillegom station to go to Haarlem for the day (and the train goes on to Amsterdam from there too). The bed was comfy, the shower was warm and clean and the wifi and TV worked fine. We used the aircon as is did get warm up in the loft bedspace but that was fine too, very quiet. The breakfast was fresh, tasty and plentiful. All in all it was a very well equipped and well located space with lovely hosts.

Margreet and CJ made our stay in Amsterdam unforgettable. They provided us with a peaceful oasis at their beautiful boathouse. They were extremely generous, allowing us to use their bikes and providing us with breakfast (including homemade bread) every morning. They were very responsive and provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and activities nearby. We will definitely be reaching out to them for any future trips to Amsterdam.

This was one of the most impressive Airbnb‘s I ever stayed & we felt incredibly lucky having booked Dirkjan‘s home!!! ♥️ Everything was even nicer than described & the garden was beautiful & huge & a great contrast to Amsterdam. A well looked after oasis! The view from the upper room was beyond words.. Dirkjan went above & beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible- communication was great, check-in simple & professional & the breakfast was incredible. We really love(d) the place & felt immediately at home. The cats & the duck offspring in the garden were a real delight & Dirkjan‘s love for the place - his father‘s legacy- could be felt throughout our stay.. Furthermore we could witness the host‘s talent - a great musician indeed & we thoroughly enjoyed an unexpected breakfast concert which made our stay an unforgettable lifetime experience! ♥️ THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!!! ♥️

Irmi is awesome! She is super friendly and willing to help with anything you want. There is a breakfast included but you can choose whether you want it or not. There are groceries nearby and walkable. But bus stop is nearby too, easy to get to the Almere central and you can easily to go to Amsterdam or Utrecht. The neighborhood is nice, peaceful. Almere is the quite city if you like staying at peaceful place. Almere center is huge and super perfect for shopping! There is lot of space for u to shopping, not crowded at all. And there are many shops there like Amsterdam. I would recommend it if you want to shopping on your last days. So you will not be tired. Also there are 2 cats in the house and they are super cute!

Mark is an exceptional host and a great person. The house was like walking into design/art fairytale and it was maintained so incredibly well. Everything was so well-maintained, carefully curated and well-placed. Truly a beautiful experience to stay there.
