Holiday rentals with breakfast in Amsterdam

Jochem's place is, as others have said, whimsical and creative. He is the ultimate host, very generous with snacks, groceries, coffee, and wine (thank you!). It is clear that he has worked hard to create a unique environment. Here is our list of pros and cons: Pros: Communicative, responsive, kind and generous host Great, safe location - we walked everywhere in this beautiful city Very well stocked fridge, a bottle of wine as a welcome Great shower Nice, big bed Washer and dryer Cons: While Jochem has created nice "mood" lighting, it was somewhat dark for us, and particularly for a woman trying to put on makeup, fix hair, etc. There was absolutely no storage for our clothing, and being on a long trip, it was a challenge living out of suitcases on the floor. The toilet room sink is very tiny with only cold water, and we had to use the kitchen sink to wash up and brush our teeth. I could barely walk around the bed as it takes up most of the bedroom.

Geweldig verblijf gehad! Onwijs genoten van de accommodatie en een heerlijk ontbijtje. Super fijn dat we de fietsen mochten lenen. De accommodatie ligt heel centraal, er is genoeg te doen in de omgeving. Nogmaals dank 🥂

Heerlijk verblijf in de mooie Betuwe. Prachtige locatie en je kunt veel dingen te ondernemen als je van de natuur houd. Daarbij zit je op een centrale plaats en ben je snel in Utrecht of Den bosch als je de stad wil opzoeken.

Die Unterkunft und die Gastgeber:in sind der Hammer! Lisette ist die tollste Gastgeberin, die man sich vorstellen kann. Wir haben abwechslungsreiches Frühstück mit beispielsweise selbstgebackenem Brot, Jogurt und Eier bekommen. Es wurde in einem extra Raum ganz toll hergerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit Lisette war schnell und unkompliziert. Die Unterkunft war sauber und schön eingerichtet. Sie ist ein toller Ausgangspunkt, um nach Delft, Den Haag oder ans Meer (wir waren am Monster Beach) zu fahren. Das Wetter war bei uns nicht so toll, aber dafür konnten wir im gemütlichen Wohnzimmer viel lesen 🤓 Die drei Tage waren Erholung pur! Danke!

Schöne Unterkunft liegt zentral in Volendam. Mit dem Bus ist Amsterdam in 25 Minuten gut erreichbar. Gastgeber ist super erreichbar und regiert schnell.

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour chez José. Elle s'est montrée flexible et très accueillante. Le logement est très agréable, bien lumineux. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux et copieux. Et enfin, le cadre est exceptionnel : Vianen est un super endroit. Je vous recommande chaleureusement de passer à Vianen par chez José!

Wir durften für vier Nächte die wunderbare Unterkunft von Nittert & Familie nutzen - am liebsten wären wir nicht mehr abgereist. Was für ein Glückstreffer: von der liebevollen, detailreichen Einrichtung aller Zimmer, über die große, perfekt ausgestattete Küche und das bequeme Wohnzimmer, bis hin zum toll gepflegten, üppig bepflanzten Garten, in dem man in aller Ruhe sitzen und lesen konnte ... Solch eine Art von Gastgeberschaft ist nicht selbstverständlich. Wir waren glücklich und dankbar und sehr begeistert :-) Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Judith et son mari ! Ils sont vraiment très gentils, très accueillants et toujours disponibles en cas de besoin. La maison est impeccable, propre, bien équipée et on s’y sent tout de suite à l’aise. Un grand merci pour votre hospitalité, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Wir hatten einen unvergesslichen Urlaub in Scheveningen. Zunächst ist die Wohnung wirklich viel größer als es auf den Fotos aussieht. Der Check in war unkompliziert und die Mitarbeiter super freundlich. Der Ausblick über den Hafen ist richtig schön. Es gibt dort viele, sehr leckere Restaurants und auch ein Jumbo Supermarkt ist in Laufweite erreichbar. Den Bus 28 kann man innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Mit diesem Bus kann man sowohl in die Stadt als auch zum Hauptbahnhof in ca. 20 Minuten fahren. Die Busse fahren auch sehr oft und lange. Nach einem etwas weiteren Fußweg kann man mit dem Bus 22 innerhalb von 10 Minuten den Pier von Scheveningen erreichen. Man muss aber gar nicht zwingend mit dem Bus fahren, denn der Zuiderstrand ist vom Appartement aus auch innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Dieser Strand ist ruhiger als der Strand am Pier, was wir sehr genossen haben. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und wollen uns auf diesem Weg auch nochmal bei BizStay für den tollen Service bedanken.

Judy is a fabulous bed and breakfast host! She was attentive, punctual, and thoughtful. She went above and beyond any bnb experience I have ever had. I highly recommend this place for the hostess with the hostess as well as the location.

Dieser Ort ist zauberhaft! Wir haben die Tage in dem so hübsch eingerichteten Dachgeschoss und den Tieren im Garten rundum genossen. Unsere Tochter (knapp 2 Jahre alt) hat das Spielen im Garten und das Tiere streicheln so geliebt. Wir haben uns wie in Bullerbü gefühlt! Mirjam stand uns immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, hat jeden Tag ein frisches, super leckeres Frühstück für uns vorbereitet und uns Fahrräder geliehen. :-) Ganz große Empfehlung!!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean and comfortable. The host was responsive, and made sure instructions were clear. The location was convenient and quiet, with easy access to shops and restaurants. It felt like a home away from home. I recommend this spot and would definitely stay here again. Overall, very good experience all around!

We stayed for a couple of nights while exploring Rotterdam, and this was perfect for our stay! Lance was clear with his communication, the place was easy to find and a breeze to get into. Would recommend.

We loved our time in this artsy, welcoming and charming little spot! Lex and Sylvie were very responsive and helpful, checking in and also leaving some great nibbles in the kitchen (fruit, juice, yogurt, cheese, jam, butter and much more!) They also gave us a heads up about the Utrecht Pride event, which is not to be missed if you can be there for it. The boat parade goes right down the lovely canal right outside the door. We loved walking around the neighborhood, with great restaurants and bakeries. The apartment was the perfect space for our two adults and one teen and we took advantage of sitting out front along the canal every single day. It’s an older building and you can hear the floorboards upstairs but it was never an issue for sleeping because Lex and Sylvie didn’t seem to be night owls. I would love to come back someday!

Es war ein wirklich toller Urlaub! Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral direkt am Dorfplatz über der Bäckerei mit Blick auf die beste Eisdiele der Niederlande, auf wunderschöne Dünen und den Weg zum Strand. Morgens wird ein hervorragendes Frühstück bis in den Flur geliefert und dann kann der (Strand-) Tag auch schon starten. Unsere Strandsachen konnten wir direkt unten im Eingang parken und konnten auch die Waschmaschine nutzen, das war super. In der Wohnung fanden wir es sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, es hat nichts gefehlt und sauber war es auch. Das einzige, was wir uns anders vorgestellt hatten war die Lautstärke der Ventilatoren aus der Bäckerei im Kinderzimmer und auf der Terrasse, gerade bei geöffnetem Fenster im Sommer. Wer aber einen tiefen Schlaf hat, den wird es nicht stören. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Dankeschön!

Wir haben uns bei Sharon und Djurre von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie sind besonders freundliche und zugewandte Gastgeber und sind in jeder Hinsicht hilfsbereit und offen für Fragen. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet und durch eine großzügige Raumgestaltung sehr wohnlich. Jeden Morgen bereitete Sharon ein üppiges und sehr abwechslungreiches Frühstück zu, das wir sehr genossen haben. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr günstig: Man kann viele interessante Orte und touristische Attraktionen von hier aus leicht und schnell erreichen. Kurzum, wir können die Unterkunft jedem herzlich weiter empfehlen. Christa und Hans

We had a nice visit there we just wanted a place to sleep because we had to catch a flight. Rob is a nice guy he offered us breakfast as well but we had no time!

Meine Frau und ich haben 2 Nächte bei Stef verbracht. Stef hat uns persönlich empfangen und lässt uns vor der Check-In Zeit in die Unterkunft gehen, damit wir unsere Gepäcke da lassen können. Stef hat uns nutzvolle Tipps gegeben, so dass wir in kurzer Zeit die Sehenswürdigkeiten erkunden können. Das Frühstück von dieser B&B ist sehr empfehlenswert. Das frisch gebackene Brot schmeckt hervorragend und überträgt die Produkte jeden Ladens. Lieber Stef, wir danken dir und wünschen dir und deiner Frau alles Gute. Qi&Yu

Elly and Simon's place was perfect for our 4 night stay. So nice to have a private little outside sitting area looking over the fields. Having the bikes was marvelous, we cycled to the beach through the forest (get Elly to give you directions) and stopped in the local towns for cafes, a fabulous lady day of the Keukenhof season, just a few minutes away by bike. We cycled along the peaceful, safe canal path to the Hillegom station to go to Haarlem for the day (and the train goes on to Amsterdam from there too). The bed was comfy, the shower was warm and clean and the wifi and TV worked fine. We used the aircon as is did get warm up in the loft bedspace but that was fine too, very quiet. The breakfast was fresh, tasty and plentiful. All in all it was a very well equipped and well located space with lovely hosts.

Margreet and CJ made our stay in Amsterdam unforgettable. They provided us with a peaceful oasis at their beautiful boathouse. They were extremely generous, allowing us to use their bikes and providing us with breakfast (including homemade bread) every morning. They were very responsive and provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and activities nearby. We will definitely be reaching out to them for any future trips to Amsterdam.

Op een prachtige locatie staat het huis van Dirk-Jan, een zeer vriendelijke host. Je voelt je direct welkom en hij verzorgt daarbij ook nog een lekker ontbijtje met als klapper op de vuurpijl een aubade tijdens het ontbijt :) Vanuit het huis kun je te voet naar Volendam, ideaal vonden wij.

Irmi is awesome! She is super friendly and willing to help with anything you want. There is a breakfast included but you can choose whether you want it or not. There are groceries nearby and walkable. But bus stop is nearby too, easy to get to the Almere central and you can easily to go to Amsterdam or Utrecht. The neighborhood is nice, peaceful. Almere is the quite city if you like staying at peaceful place. Almere center is huge and super perfect for shopping! There is lot of space for u to shopping, not crowded at all. And there are many shops there like Amsterdam. I would recommend it if you want to shopping on your last days. So you will not be tired. Also there are 2 cats in the house and they are super cute!

We had a wonderful stay with Maurice! He is a very welcoming and attentive host, always ready to help optimize your travel plans so you can still visit everything you want, even if the weather changes. The location also offers excellent transport connections to Amsterdam, making it very convenient. We had a wonderful time and would definitely love to come back!
