Het chalet heeft twee slaapkamers, een ruime douche/toiletcombinatie en een woonruimte met open keuken. Keuken inclusief inbouwapparatuur. Super locatie aan het water bereikbaar per auto. 10 minuten vanaf het centraal station in Leiden. Geen huisdieren. Tevens aan wandel- en fietsroute. Landelijke omgeving. Hanen aanwezig! Mogelijkheid aanwezig voor boottocht over de meren met de eigenaar!

Gezellig met familie of vrienden op pad... dit kan in deze ruime vakantiewoning. Op de BG zijn 3 slaapkamers en badkamer in een aparte vleugel. (Op de 1e etage bevinden zich de andere 3 kamers met 2e badkamer en apart toilet.) De keuken is voorzien van alle gemakken zoals; combi magnetron, vaatwasser en bonenkoffieapparaat. Je hoeft je nooit te vervelen want er is een prachtige jacuzzi in de tuin. Ook staat hier een Barrelsauna met een elektrische kachel (5 euro/uur).

This is a wonderful newly built family house of 140m2 home where you can completely relax with your family. It is fully equipped, also for the children. Modern furnishings, comfortable couch, comfortable large dining table, large wel equipped kitchen, floor heating, nice rug on the floor, enclosed garden to play, free parking in front of the door. And around the corner you can jump into the water from the bathing jetty. The sky is the limit!

Big and cosy family home in the city centre

Our cozy family home is located right in the center with the shops and bars/restaurant around the corner. The lovely southwest-facing garden offers every opportunity to relax. We use solar panels and a heat pump, which means we use less energy. On the upper floor, mainly natural materials have been used. Enkhuizen has a lot to offer, such as the Zuiderzee Museum, Fairytale Wonderland and the IJsselmeer.

De zonnige tuin (met uiteraard een fijne bbq) kijkt uit op de duinen. Dit is nou wat ze bedoelen met vakantie! * Ons huis is alleen geschikt voor families met kinderen.
